Nice location, great staff, simple but nice breakfast.

The room was small, even for a solo traveller. It was high season so the cost was a bit too high for what you get.

Excellent location close to the beach. Friendly staff and good facilities. Great that they had a room for 4 so that we could all stay together.

I would recommend it.

Located very close to the beach. An ideal place for short term stay. Very kind hotel personell. Breakfast was also good.

Pay attention to the check in time. For me it wasn’t a problem but in case it’s after 18:00 you should communicate that. Bathroom is funny, it’s very small:) But in general it was a nice place to stay.

This was the worst service, i've ever got in a hotel.

The breakfast was okay.

We've booked a standard room for two persons. In the end there were two reservations for the same room. They#Ve asked, whether we would go into another (smaller room) and they would recharge a bit of money, so that just a single room needs to be paid. This was fine for us. In the end we've ended in a very small room with mould at every wall and it was not nice to sleep.

Perfect location but quite expensive for the inside accommodation.

The location is perfect, par minutes waking and you are in the beach. The view from the French balcony of my room was to the street, but still very beautiful.

I stayed 1 night, alone. The bed was very noisy, there were not aircon, and the window/door from the balcony didn't open completely. If it was warmer, I definitely couldn't have handled.

Everything was good except room number 11

Friendly personnel, good breakfast, great location to tram no 9 to Den Haag Centraal as well as the beach.

As per booking description I supposed to have a room with the balcony, in fact I got a basement room with no proper window to ventilate but a shared inner garden with a door to outside (door to other door side by side so kept it closed to ensure a minimum privacy). Flush pump was noisy as hell screaming as a wounded dinosaur in the middle of the night and well above 90 dB, also I could not take a shower standing straight as the bathroom was right under the stairs. I trust the other rooms were much better in the hotel, but No 11 is not too good as described I'm afraid.

The location was very central close to the central station. The receptionist was friendly

What I saw in the Internet was different from what I saw physically the rooms are smaller than usual. Although really neat. The bathroom had no bathing soap.
