Wonderful stay in a charming seaside village.

This cute little apartment had everything we needed with a kitchenette and living space. It felt so spacious after spending the previous week in hotel rooms. The huge windows overlooking the water and the unbeatable location in the Sibenik old town were the greatest part. There was parking included which was very valuable in that neighborhood. There was an air conditioning unit that we could use when we needed a break from the heat.

The beds were comfortable enough but could be more so. Because of the active nightlife, there space could be noisy at night but it never interfered with our sleep. The parking was a bit disorganized.

Perfect location - best in the city. Easiest parking ever. Perfect view of boats / water from both the living room and bedroom. Very cute space. Very friendly host (although we never met face to face)

Shower wasn’t great, but really I’m nitpicking here. Apartment probably vacant before us and it took almost a day to actually warm up, but blankets were good and we were happy

Perfectly located and nice apartment

Great location to explore the city and walk on the seaside, seaview. Close to the old town. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants around. Very helpful owners. Clean, safe, entrance is locked, I had the key. Private parking.

Superb

The apartment is clean and comfortable just on the sea promenade and near the old town. They have a parking place near the apartment .The hostess was helpful, told us what to see in the town and even gave us discount for Krka national park entrance ticket🙂

A very good stay. but didn't realise the room was located over a bar, there was no excessive noise.

Breakfast not included, Location was excellent.

Needed AC in the bedroom as well as the Lounge/kitchenette area. Thought the terrace was private and not shared or two floors up.

The property is in heart of city nice& clean with welcoming owners

Easy to find has park space well managed being in city center.The owner was very helpful in providing all information the room was clean has also utensils for cooking stuff if needed. It’s a family run business so was very helpful in meeting customers needs at all time.

The air conditioning was not enough for big room & an additional fan would help for big size room. We were on top of the restaurant room so there was some noise of music as of late night city center it was ok for us to sleep. The stairs sometimes left cigarette smoke if lower door was kept open by someone. No lift so one needs to pick up bags by stairs.

Sunset terrace!

The shared terrace is brilliant and feels very private as it is built into the roof. No-one else used the terrace when we did. Gorgeous views over the water at sunset. Views back up the hill towards the fortress. Great views from the apartment too. Good air-con. Great location right on the water front and close to the city centre. Did get a little bit loud at night but not for too long. Café/bar downstairs.

The private parking is used by a few places and so our car was blocked in when we needed to leave. Luckily the staff managed to locate the owner who was in another hotel within about 20 minutes, but it is something to consider if you are in a rush.

Very enjoyable visit to Sibenik

Very convenient location, close to beautiful old town & restaurants & about 10 mins walk from bus station & ferry. Host & staff really friendly & helpful. Host made reservation for us to visit Krka & found out all necessary info regarding boat trips & times within park.

Nearby bar could be quite noisy at times.

Great location, clean and well appointed. Access to a great rooftop terrace to be shared with the other flat on second floor

- No prior instructions on how to get to the flat until the very last minute. However, our phone contact spoke very good French. - Persons who do not fancy strong and bright colours in interior design should give this flat a pass... - The smell of the industrial home fragrance spread across the flat was hard to bear (for me... I admit I am kind of fussy for these things!). - The sofa bed was painfully hard on my back and altogether very uncomfortable

Probably with the best view from the terasse.

Amazing location! The terasse is the highlight. Very friendly owner, she gave us a lot of great tips about the Krka national park. It has the private parking, which is rare for such a central place. It has the central location but surprisingly quiet, the bar below you don't even notice. The terasse is a shared one, it is big and we were the only ones using it. The kitchen is well equipped and the AC will cool the apartment down fast. If i go back to Sibenik, i would stay again there.

Perfect place for exploring Sibenik.

Perfect location for exploring old town. Situated on the waterfront, the apartment is located above a pub. Surprisingly we found the apartment to be very quiet. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the pub. There is free parking as well-an added bonus in an area of town with only pay parking spots. The apartment is very nice. The host is very friendly and speaks English very well. Loved our stay here.

Situado a escasos metros del agua y el pequeño puerto. El apartamento es tan bonito como el propio Sibenik con dos ventanas de ensueño, paredes de piedra, muebles y decoracion artesanos y todo perfectamente limpio. La plaza de parking reservado es un plus.

Appartement met uitzicht

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Šibenik. De stad zelf is prachtig en biedt veel bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, precies wat we nodig hadden. De locatie is ideaal als je de stad wilt verkennen, en de privéparkeerplek was een grote plus. Ook fijn: Bij aankomt was er een probleempje en de gastvrouw bood aan dit snel op te lossen.

Het appartement was bij aankomst niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lagen veel losse haren van eerdere gasten, wat twijfel opriep over de algemene hygiëne. In de keukenkast stond een glas met scheuren, wat niet veilig is om uit te drinken. De communicatie over de betaling verliep stroef en kwam pas op gang via WhatsApp vlak voor vertrek. Daarnaast bevinden de appartementen zich boven een bar, iets waar wij geen hinder van hadden maar wat in de avond voor geluidsoverlast kan zorgen.
