Wonderful location in the country. Plenty of things to do locally and easy trip to Florence and Sienna. The house felt very historic. Lots of beautiful antiques too. We had a wonderful time. The pool was very welcome during the hot days.
Bring bug spray. Aircon cost was additional. Remember to bring Euro500 security bond. The access really needs a 4x4. We are used to gravel roads at home but 2 wheel drive was a little challenging.

We loved the villa it was very clean and super authentic filled with antiques and lovely furnishings. Pauline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and suggested a local cook for a special birthday dinner - the evening was a real treat for us all.

we had some hot water shortages on the first floor, only solved after almost a week
