Good views, nice pool, good breakfast, friendly, attentive staff.
Some things on the menu were not to my taste/expensive. The wine was excellent. A lot of noise at the pool made by the garden machinery when trying to relax. Shower very small in room 20, considering this was a luxury room that was paid for.

Breakfast was okay, not mind blowing. The coffee is terrible as it comes from a bad mass coffee machine. An absolute NO GO being in Italy…
The service, the room close to the restaurant with bad access to the pool area. You need to fight for a bottle of water if you do not buy it in the restaurant, not the typical italian kindness we know from other places in Tuscany.
