Incredibly conveniently located to all pubic transport. Railway station, bus station and metro. Communication with accommodation (I was an a late arrival) very good. Friendly staff who were still on duty at 11:30pm to wait for me. Very clean room and bedding, comfortable mattress, very clean bathroom.
Maybe too many people to share a bathroom, however this is probably normal and not a complaint.

Прекарах една нощ в София и останах с изключително добри впечатления. Стаята беше много чиста, чаршафите и завивките ухаеха на свежест и чистота, което за мен е много важно. Всичко беше поддържано и създаваше усещане за комфорт. Въпреки закъснението ми домакинката ме посрещна учтиво и топло. Определено бих се върнала отново и препоръчвам мястото.

Clean room, across the bus terminal and close to city centre.
The staff did not speak english and was very difficult to communicate with them even with Google translate. I chose this place because it advertised as 24/7 and even had it printed on the door. But they made me pick up my luggage at 7 pm and wait 4.5 hours in the cold at the bus station. Also felt that 51 euros for one night was a bit steep considering the service and amenities they provide. Not a good customer service and misleading advertisement.
