    I arrived earlier for check in, there was a little problem with the reservation, seems like IT related, nevertheless the Staff called immediately the manager, and gave me prompt response on how they were going to solve it. I was very happy with their prompt, kind, and amazing service. Thanks and I would come to them again if I ever visit Sofia again.

    Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I arrived late but everything went smooth. My room was clean and cosy with exceptional view. I had a short stay, but I highly recommend it for long stay as well!
