I was surprised that nobody cleaned our room but they managed to put new towels! Amazing! I need compensation for horrible service they have done not cleaning my room

Our flight was early evening arrival. After picking up rental car arrived too late for hotel rest.
However, staff made suggestion for close restaurant and was easy to get to.
Morning buffet was good.
Will stay again.

Not clean. No one told us the breakfast was 7-9h. We were there at 9.08 and everything was put away. The waiters found some butter and bread and coffee eventually...
