The chalet was great, comfortable and clean. Shower was very good. Best pillow ever.

Superb facilities throughout! Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite - plenty of space with many nice home comforts, lovely area to sit outside in the evening and enjoy jacuzzi. Food is incredible!! Hot sprint springs pool is very well maintained, with many little luxuries. Erik (hotel manager) made our stay extra special! Thank you and we will definitely be back again ♥️

Nothing - it was perfect!

Great staff who were all very friendly and helpful. Was given a nice big fruit platter on the first day which was a nice touch. Pool area was great, especially with the sprinkler system misting around. The guys that drove around the cart were very helpful and recommended some very nice places to eat and even called on our behalf.

The fact that there is no restaurant available for dinner is crazy given that in order to leave the compound you need to get someone to drive you to the parking lot and then in most cases phone a number to open the gate and then once you got out, there was nothing really around. Breakfast was...okay...has potential. Consider for people with international phones that calling a Isreal number (often multiple times) in order to get through is not always feasible. The resort itself just needed a bit of attention to detail. Has really great potential to be quite the oasis, so things like the restaurant in the evening would be a big help and I think would be very justified by the number of people who would use it.
