I am sympathetic due to the current situation where 3 of the 5 hotels I booked for our stay (end April / early May) cancelled on me (to their credit, Prima Gaili did not cancel). Due to low occupancy services were at a minimum but the room was comfortable and we were given vouchers for breakfast at Greg's which was absolutely delicious. What was also good was the hotel was on the bus routes so easy to get around.
Given the low occupancy there was limited English although we managed to overcome the challenge for example the hairdryer was not working but we were given a replacement at reception when we asked.

Breakfast was good
Water leaked all over the floor whenever you use the sink faucet and shower. I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they were going to look into it but never did anything.
