Everything was exquisite! I loved everything about it. The staff was nice and extremely professional. The place was super clean and tidy, I would go back there again and again 🫶🏼
The only less good thing was one dish of fish at dinner, but the rest of the food was really good and fresh.

We loved every part of it from the cleanliness to the great staff to the refreshing pool and view!!! The massage there is a must!!!! I highly recommend it. Go check it out yourself …the best hotel in the teberias. shout out to the staff.

Overall, everything was very good. The hotel is beautiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The highlight for us was definitely the team – everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help.
We booked two nights without the kids, specifically to relax and enjoy the hotel. Unfortunately, on the one full day we had to enjoy the pool and bar, there was a private event for a large group. The bar was closed to regular guests and only served the private event. We were told there was no food or drinks available for us. This was very disappointing, especially since we paid full price to enjoy the hotel’s amenities. It felt unfair that regular guests were pushed aside for a private group.
