We had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed several aspects of it. The pool was very well maintained and clean, making it a perfect place to relax. The meals were outstanding — incredibly varied, with a wide selection of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious.
Another big advantage is the location: the hotel is very close to the Tiberias boardwalk and nearby shopping centers, which made it easy and convenient to explore the area.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back.
There were a few downsides. We didn’t like the smell of the soap provided in the rooms, the price felt a bit on the high side, and there was noticeable noise at night from a nearby bar that went on until quite late.

Anat was very friendly and nice to us. Breakfast was yummy. Food was overall tasty. Room was kept clean and service was very fine.
The chairs in the lobby and movie area seemed old and some were not very clean. Not happy with the video in the lobby of women with bikinis on. Don't care for the statues of naked men hanging from the ceiling in the lobby. The children were not well behaved in the dining room.

Liked the all inclusiveness
The rooms does not look like the photos!! Two single beds that felt like a nightmare to sleep on, too many people in the pool without much space. Loud noise everywhere and all the time. Hotel needs a makeover.
