Location was nice
Dirty coffee cups in our room from our coffee from the day before. Our full dustbin from the first night was not emptied on the second day. I had to ask for it to be emptied. Remote for the one tv did not work on the first day. I reported it and again on the second day, it still did not work. I reported it again and up until the last day, 4 nights there, it still did not work. On our second and third night my wife and I had booked our two grandchildren to sleep over in our room with us. We paid the extra fee for them. A double couch in our lounge was turned into a double bed for them. Only one pillow was supplied and no extra bath towls provided. Had to ask for them to be delivered up to our room.
