Quality room, easy stay, good prices!
Very young staff and comfortable check-in. The room was clean and warm. Is perfect to reach the center thanks to the public transport. There is a good breakfast and nice pub. I would come back when in Basel!

Good location near the train station, nice clean room, good shower facilities.
The room has no air conditioning. There was a fan, but it's so loud that you can't possibly sleep with it on, and if you open the window, you just get noise. Also, I'm angry with how much I was overcharged for the room just because it was Eurovision week, considering next weekend the price is less than half of what I paid.

Superb
Very close to down town basel. Train stop is 1 min away and the hotel is 10 min train ride to basel bad train station. Trains are every 30 min. The town itself has a very lively center with many shops, restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Burger in the bar was delicious as well
The noise of the train can be disturbing. An extra pillow on the bed would have been great

Good
The room and bathroom were fine. Staff was friendly and breakfast was small but complete and delicious.
It was not immediately clear where the parking was and the roads around the hotel were really busy and it was difficult to park nearby. We first had to park the car within a 10-minute walk, check in to get an explanation about the parking and entry ticket, walk back to the car and then we could really park.
