Never again this hotel

After getting double charged, nothing i liked there.

Owner has double charged me. No reimbursement. Case with booking was won, but no money received. Never again this hotel

location but experience is terrible with staff

We were double charged for same room twice. After one month of ping pong emails and phone calls, we still dont' have our money paid back. Booking confirmed that we did win the case but no money received. Staff will reimburse the money to account that they own and no money will get to your account. After phone calls, they would claim about virtual cards and booking.com problems. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get double charged.

Great breakfast, lots of choice; we had the apartment which was of a good size; parking straight underneath the hotel; good WiFi

Single bed in the apartment too small; rather poor recommendation by the hotel staff as to available restaurants on a Sunday evening - we found out a good open place by Googling

Good hotel next to a very nice restaurant.

Room was ok with good bed and airconditioning. Nice bathroom, eveything included. Bottle of water provided in the room. We arrived after reception was closed but got a call before tot organise key pick-up. Nice breakfast.

Right next to town centre, good car park beneath the hotel. Easy 30min walk over the border to visit the Beleyer Foundation (that's what we came for)! Room spacious clean and comfortable, good functioning bathroom, thanks.

Breakfast was fine except that the fruit/orange juice was clearly off - fermented and sour (typical hotel buffet problem)

Nie wieder. Jeder Autobahnraststätte kann das besser.

Lage sehr zentral. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Alles. In über 60 Jahren Hotel Erfahrung war das Hotel mit Abstand das schlechteste was ich bisher erlebt habe. Die Zimmer sind ein Witz. Der Mini Kühlschrank steht direkt auf dem Fußboden. Darauf steht der Fernseher. Fernseh schauen vom Bett zu zweit unmöglich. Beim Bett rutscht ständig die nur draufgelegte Matratze die nicht zum Bettgestell passt herunter. Durchschlafen unmöglich. Es war auch das allererste Hotel in dem es zu Frühstück um 8.00 Uhr weder Ei, Rührei oder sonstiges der Art gab. Das Frühstücks Buffet war halb leer und wurde auch nicht nachgelegt, das betrifft sowohl Käse, Wurst und Brötchen. Wer Frühstück will sollte um 6.30 Uhr auf der Matte stehen. Schon frech dafür extra zu kassieren. Ich habe bisher in über 60 Jahren nie ein schlechteres Hotel erlebt.

war samstags sehr laut im innenhof und das zimmer war ungewöhnlich heiss dass wir mit offenem fenster schlafen mussten

Nah am Stadtzentrum

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Badezimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist sauber.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, allerdings ist die Ausstattung schon etwas veraltet. Die Teppiche haben schon viele Jahre hinter sich und sind schmutzig sowie voller Flecken. Die Betten haben wackelige Beine, sodass man Angst hat, dass sie auseinanderfallen könnten.

Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standort ,Teppichboden im Zimmer und eine Klimaanlage, die nicht aktiviert werden konnte
