Overall the stay was decent but things like Breakfast and external noise could be improved on.

Great sleeping accommodations (excellent pillows and bed). Perfect water pressure and temperature. Strong WiFi and nice TV channels offered.

Breakfast is of little variety/spread and not the best value for the money asked. Staff speaks little to no English so communication was difficult/strained. Easy to hear noise in other rooms and corridors.

Attractive private apartment for a nice stay in Lörrach.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, with parking outside. The hosts are very welcoming. The building is modern and we had the top floor family apartment with a balcony. It was all clean and attractive. We had a simple continental breakfast, which was delicious.

The sofa was a bit small but we appreciate space was limited. For myself, as I slept under one of the sloping eaves, I was concerned about forgetting it was there and bumping my head. The kitchen bin was a bit small and more saucepans would have been useful.

The room was very clean and neat, there is a fridge with drinks in it. The hotel is located in a walk distance from an old castle.

Superb

Ideal for shorter stays when one is travelling alone. Relatively close to the S-Bahn station Lörrach Haagen/Messe that runs quite regularly, except on Sundays. The room was super clean and confortable for one person. Very quite neighbourhood, close to the Rötteln Castle.

Ein drittes Mal würde ich das Hotel nicht besuchen. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr schlecht und es gab auch kein Frühstück.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und auch die Lage war in Ordnung. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort.

Diesmal hatte ich ein Zimmer im unteren Bereich. Das Nebenzimmer von den Gästen war sehr laut und auch die technischen Geräte im Flur. Die machten sehr laute Geräusche, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte.

Bien mis à part la panne de chauffage...

La gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner sans gluten.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau ni de chauffage donc on n'a pas pu se doucher et il faisait froid au réveil. La personne s'est excusé le matin pour ce désagrément mais elle aurait pu faire un geste commercial

Süßes kleines Hotel, Super nette Inhaber und Service

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Bahnhof ist nicht weit weg und der Bus auch gleich ums Eck. Es ist sehr nah an Basel, was man mit Auto oder Zug gut erreichen kann. Es sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer, das war ruhig, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Top. Kann es nur empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Durchreisende

Wir haben eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf dem Weg nach Italien gesucht und sie hier gefunden. Zu diesem Zweck war das Burghotel super. Alles wirkt zwar etwas kühl, ist aber geräumig und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Man konnte direkt vor dem Hotel parken und es war ruhig gelegen. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es eine wirklich tolle Pizzeria für den Abend.

Unsere Dusche war ziemlich klein.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nahe der Grenze zur Schweiz. Die asiatischen Betreiber waren trotz teilweiser Verständigungsprobleme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bspw. bei erforderlichem Werkzeug. Ein italienisches Restaurant ist bequem fussläufig erreichbar.

Kritik auf hohem Niveau: es könnten mehr Steckdosen im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Ferner wäre ein Getränke-/Snackautomat vorteilhaft, um sich abends nochmal mit gekühlten Getränken versorgen zu können. Die Unterkunft liegt unterhalb der namensgebenden Burg, befindet sich allerdings in einem Wohngebiet - das ist aber auch aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Bei offenem Fenster sind beim Rangieren von Fahrzeugen auf dem geschotterten Hinterhof entsprechende Geräusche zu hören.

Sehr sehr sehr lauter Badlüfter, so, dass man sich nicht unterhalten kann . Rauchen ist am Eingang gestattet( !), daher richt man den Rauch überall in dem kleinen Gebäude - ein riesen Minus ! Man höhr alles von Nachbarzimmer.
