Some broken pieces of furniture were in the apartment (lamps). The shower floods the floor as the shower unit is not sealed well. But the problem was that the tiles became so slippery, it was like being on an ice rink.

Excellent stay, great location, very nice a spacious apartment, heating, all expectations met. Pedro was very helpful. Thank you!

no clear instructions on appliances. not a major issue and a little bit of a struggle

Location, close to the Time Out Market, shopping and bars.

The air conditioning, that was included in amenities, did not work. The living room unit was red tagged out of service and the remotes for the two bedrooms had been removed. The day of arrival was 25c and the unit was hot. Opening the windows helped but, the street below was busy and there were sidewalk bar patios, so the noise was very evident. The office sent over two fans but, it was not enough. The bedrooms were hot at night. The windows had to be closed because of the noise and parties on the street below. I was told by the office it shouldn’t be a problem because “we don’t party on Monday nights”! Obviously he never is out on Monday nights because everyone else was. They offered to move us the next day, but why have to repack and unpack to move across the hall. Sleep was hard to come by. They offered a one night refund, which we said we’d accept, but since March 25th, we have not seen that refund and they do not respond to messages. They are extremely poor at communicating and do not communicate unless they are looking for something that they need. Seems Christiana has fallen off the face of the earth when it came to our “refund”. Also, if you have a car, there is no parking. Closest parking lot is underground beside the Time Out Market and expect to pay minimum 25E per day. Do I sound unhappy, well yes I am. Could have gone well but, the office chooses to ignore me and not communicate.
