Great property, like a home away from home. Great location too.
We were a party of eight and it worked brilliantly for us. We were met on arrival and everything explained to us.

The attic room is probably best suited to teenagers, but there is so much room in the rest of the house you may not need it

great location, very easy to walk to all the main spots. well maintained. good space for groups.
few of the rooms need a little tlc and updating (especially shower/bath rooms). kitchen tap needs a fix.
