Location to the beach was great

The owner was not very pleasant to deal with, we had cold water for the first night, no iron, no parking. We tried to negotiate price for these things lacking at the apartment but he was unable to come to a compromise. Very disappointing end to our stay. leaving a bad taste.

Great location. Private garage. The apartment is very spacious. It exceeded our expectation. The hosts were very kind and available for everything we needed. Towels and sheets were changed 3 times in 10 days.

The nearest beach wasn't free as indicated. But everything else was perfect.

Comfortable apartment with amazing view

Great location right next to the beach. The two bedroom apartment is perfect for a family or group of friends, it has two separate bathrooms for more convenience, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen, all that is needed for a great "home base" while exploring the surroundings. The host is very friendly and gives good recommendations for nearby seafood restaurants.

The bathrooms weren’t clean, it looked as if someone pooped on the wall. The water was ice cold, you couldn’t even bare taking a shower. Only one A/c plus no full view of the ocean just the side

I reserved two apartmans, every with two bedrooms and a private bathroom (description on booking.com site), one for my sister and me and other for two couples of our friends. When we arived we have been pleasantly surprised. Every apartment had two bathrooms, and one of them three bedrooms. All for the price we reserved. The owner of the apartment is a wonderful person. We didn't have any problems, except for some small things that he solved promptly. Location of apartment is three minutes far from beach, where we found nice restaurant called “Alban”, where we spent a most of our staying in Saranda. The owner and his staff treated us like friends even though we first met. All praise for the wonderful people, the beautiful nature, the great apartments, Saranda and Albania.

Nette, große, helle Unterkunft mit Balkon und sehr nettem Vermieter.

Große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Geschäfte und Lokale gleich ganz in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist ständig erreichbar. Tauchschule ums Eck. Parkplatz ist dabei.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare in due appartamenti seguiti dal proprietario di casa sempre disponibile, con la messa a disposizione di un parcheggio privato che ad ogni chiamata il proprietario era pronto ad aprire, gli appartamenti spaziosi affacciano sul mare

Purtroppo l’appartamento di un bagno perdeva acqua, lo scarico funzionava male

Aangenaam en fijn.

Een aardige uitzicht op zee. Let wel op sommige appartementen hebben een side-view en dus niet volledig view aan de voorkant. Appartement was voldoende en alle spullen waren aanwezig. Prettig was een wasmachine in de badkamer. Onze gastheer, Perikli met zijn moeder, waren aardig en behulpzaam. Hou je mailing in de gaten, omdat daar instructies staan en ook contactgegevens bij aankomst. Appartement is in een erge drukke boulevardstraat en gelukkig hadden wij een ondergrondse parkeerplaats. Anders kan parkeren met verhuurauto best wel uitdaging zijn. Wel moet je van te voren een appje sturen en Perikli opent de garage voor je. Als je wat nodig hebt, stuur een appje en hij reageert best snel. Dat ging echt goed. Wel handig is dat meteen de gezellige boulevard op loopafstand is. De restaurants waren goed met ruime porties, echter helaas voor mij is roken toegestaan. Dat vond ik persoonlijk erg vervelend stanklucht tijdens eten. Maar dat is niet overall zo.

Parkeerplaatsen, als je niet beschikt over een privé parkeergarage van de host. Vraag of balkon van appartement beschikt over een parasol om je te beschermen tegen de zon, anders kan je soms niet prettig zitten in de ochtend met je ontbijtje. Je bakt anders weg. Tenzij je dat leuk vindt, dan is dat prima.

Nagyon jó ár érték arány, kedves szállásadó

Nagyon tágas, tiszta, szép állapotú szállás. Klíma és ventillátor is van, 3 terasz, mosógép, száritó, két fürdő, 3 szoba plusz nappali és konyha. Tengerre nézett a szállás, mellettünk nagyon jó éttermek, spar, éjjelnappali bolt, éjszakai bárok és a strand is pár méteren belül. Saranda kikötő 200méterre gyalog. Teljesen felszerelt konyha. Csak egy mikro meg egy kávéfőző hiányzott. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és figyelmes, türlemes volt velünk. Saját parkoló garázsa van a szállásnak, liftel lehet feljutni a szallásra.

Talán a mikro hiánya, illetve a parkoló garázshoz sajnos nem kapunk kulcsot, mindig egyeztetni kell a szállásadóval, ez kényelmetlenséget okozhat.

Близко к морю и центру города, парковка супер.

1.Хозяева очень очень плохо говорят по английски, что всё усложняло. 2. В номере не было МУСОРНОГО ВЕДРА. Когда я написала об этом- меня проигнорировали. 3. Душевая кабина на фото бронирования была нормальная, с дверцей, а по факту это вонючая шторка, с которой всё стекает и в ванной образовывается потоп. 4. Кухня. Эта портативная «плита» полный кошмар, готовить на ней очень тяжело, духовка еле тёплая. 5. Чистота. На полу находили много чёрных волос, плита и почти вся посуда была жирная. В ванной не было даже мыла, стояла пустая банка из под жидкого. В итоге, если приходить туда только спать, то возможно и это нормальный вариант, но для полноценного отдыха не рекомендую.
