Close to beach & affordable

Breakfast was eggs made to order, toast & mixed fruit to chose from, few bakery items. Very friendly, helpful staff. Of course we were on the top 4th floor with no elevators. About 3 min walk to beach. Hard for taxi drivers to find as lobby is around corner since L shaped bldg. Pleased with our stay!! Made a towel swans on bed at check in, nice touch.

No elevator. Cant wear shoes in hotel at all, but floors were very clean. First hotel in Thailand we’ve stayed without a pool, but not deal killer.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff!

Brilliant staff, the hotel is amazingly clean and the room was great! The location is ideal, close to everything and the hotel has moped hire too so you can access the whole island! We booked a boat trip through the hotel and it was well organised. Everything we needed they could take care of. We even extended our stay! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Koh Lanta!

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I really liked the location, which was very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and safe. My room was very clean and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities we need. There was a swimming pool and free Wi-Fi too. I was very impressed.

I booked this place two months in advance after reading dozens of reviews, and honestly, my expectations were high. It was one of those rare times when reality matched the online impression—spot on. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with cheerful smiles from the front desk staff. They placed me in a third-floor room with a surprisingly lovely view—yes, even in the heart of the city! The hotel is incredibly clean, safe, and conveniently located. It’s close to the beach, local markets, a 7-Eleven, Big C, and even a Muay Thai gym. You’ll never run out of things to do! What I especially loved was the ability to rent a motorbike right from the hotel just 250 baht per day, and only 200 if you rent more than three days. For extra peace of mind, you can opt for insurance at 490 baht. Trust me, it’s worth it. Waking up to the melodic sound of the Islamic call to prayer was unexpectedly peaceful and grounding. As someone who appreciates local culture, it added charm to my mornings. Everything about this stay felt seamless and genuine. Highly recommended.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I just can’t seem to stay away. Everything about it is just… right. It's simple, clean, and offers exactly what I need. While there’s no elevator which can be a downside for older travelers it’s never bothered me personally. For the price you pay, it’s a total win. Why pay ten times more just to stay at a beachfront hotel when this place is only a few meters away from the beach anyway? The convenience and value here are unmatched. I know many returning guests, and I can see why. The consistency in service and cleanliness keeps pulling people back. If you’re planning a trip to Koh Lanta and don’t want to break the bank, this should be your top choice. I’ve already recommended it to three of my friends!

Tasty Mornings, Reasonable Expectations

I stayed here for seven nights, and while it wasn’t luxury, it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want to wake up at the crack of dawn. The food was tasty and varied, and you can opt for breakfast when you book your room. Rooms are cleaned every two days, not daily which is more than fair! At home, we don’t change sheets every day either, so I really appreciate the hotel’s eco-conscious approach, especially on an island where fresh water is scarce. Just remember to hang the "clean my room" sign if you want housekeeping. Each floor has complimentary drinking water. The staff are kind and helpful, though limited in number this is a boutique hotel, after all. Don’t expect five-star service, but do expect warmth, safety, and comfort. It’s well worth the price, and yes, I’ll be staying here again. It’s home away from home.

I booked it a month in advance based on the good reviews and was not disappointed. I had multiple browser windows, apps, and video calls going at the same time zero lag. The vibe is relaxed, not too crowded, and very supportive for someone who needs both a calm atmosphere and occasional midnight snacks. Restaurants surround the building, so I never went hungry. The hotel itself is clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff are kind, though I’d advise anyone staying here to treat them with respect. They’re not servants they’re professionals, and if you treat them well, they go above and beyond. The hotel is also fairly new, which shows in the design and cleanliness. This will be my go-to stay every time I come back. Highly recommended for digital nomads or remote workers!

If you're like me someone who values convenience over glitz this place will feel like home. I travel for work, so I need stability, speed, and simplicity. The hotel is located right in the center of town, and while the rooms may feel a bit small for a whole family, they’re more than spacious for one or two people. The Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise: fast, strong, and reliable. I was able to work without a hiccup, stream, and video call with no interruptions. Just outside the hotel are dozens of food stalls and restaurants literally three steps from the entrance. It felt like room service extended into the whole block. The receptionists were incredibly helpful. They helped me book tours at prices that matched or even beat online platforms like One2Go. I once booked with One2Go and nearly missed my ferry due to a late pickup. Never again. Here, the service was punctual and safe. This hotel gives you peace of mind in the chaos of travel. I’ll definitely return.

Good price for a basic stay near to Klong Klong beach and shops.

Staff lovely and helpful. Good location. Close to the beach and shops. Manager moved me rooms upon request and did his best to make my stay positive. He also arranged a very reasonably priced taxi down to the southern beaches which was great!

For me personally I didn't like the feel of the building. The view from the rooms isn't great. I always look for a room with a balcony which i thought these rooms had...and they do but you can't use it as it has the air conditioning unit on it. It is partly my fault for not researching enough beforehand as I booked it last minute. I would have preferred to have been on the beach or at least been able to sit out on a balcony. I did look at moving hotels but Koh Lanta was very booked up at this time and i'd already paid for the total stay up front. The rooms do need cleaning at least every other day. I stayed 4 nights and it wasn't cleaned once. I understand there is a policy to ask if you want your room cleaned but I don't agree that guest should have to do this. You can't flush toilet roll away so clearly most people will want their bins emptied at least.The no shoes policy is good but sand does travel everywhere! Common areas fine but in my room it was uncomfortable. I was pleased to leave and usually I don't want to go!

I missed my van on 12Go and decided to book transportation directly with The Wings Boutique Hotel. Surprisingly, the prices weren’t much different – sometimes they were even the same. This made me realize that not everything online is always cheaper or better. Booking directly with the hotel also came with additional benefits, like a hearty breakfast for only 250 THB compared to 450 THB online. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in arranging various services for me during my stay. One of the highlights was a trip to Koh Por Island, which was an unforgettable experience. The pink coral reefs were simply stunning, and I strongly recommend asking the reception to help you book this trip. The room was comfortable and perfect for two people, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The balcony was small but functional, and overall, the accommodations were more than acceptable for the price. The hotel’s location near a mosque means you might hear the call to prayer early in the morning at 5:20 AM, which could be a minor issue for light sleepers. Despite this, my stay at The Wings Boutique Hotel was fantastic. The service, comfort, and value for money far exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely return in the future. This is first times for us in Koh lanta and with the Hotels arrangement it’s make our trips is very easy and more convenient. We book the private transferring from the Krabi airport to the Hotels, and this will cost you about 2500 -2700 per van and this included with everything! Driver and the ferry tickets. We rent a scooter with insurance it’s cost 450 bath and make is exploring the island more fun but you have to good on driving a scooter, we have a very good sleep with the good beds for us is this hotels make a top of our memories.

Good experience

The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Koh Lanta. It provided easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The reception was really funny and good guy. he’s help us with many thing such as a tours , bike rental and ticket to everywhere, ask him for the trip or any arrangement he his the hospitality man, but you have to be a nice and good people to another people too. We still recommended this place for vacation cheap good and reasonable price.

The location was okay, you could walk to the beach and the beach had lots of restaurants and fire shows.

The receptionist wasn’t great, he made things very hard. Our room wasn’t cleaned and was told it was because we didn’t put the sign on the door but there wasn’t a sign in the room. The water wasn’t filled up on either floors until we asked. The bathroom was very small it was difficult to shut the door when going to the toilet.

Best hotel choice on Koh Lanta!

We stayed there for 5 days. I would say the stay was perfect. The owner was really friendly and we felt great hospitality. We got a room upgrade and also the breakfast was 10/10. The owner also helped us with transfer to our next destination and planned everything for us. As for the hotel standard it was also very good and clean. We really enjoyed our stay on Koh Lanta and at the Wings Boutique. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying on Koh Lanta. (The beach is 3 minutes walking from the hotel and it’s really nice also 7-eleven is just around the corner)

Amazing stay at this hotel! highly recommend and would definitely come back here. The hotel is impeccably clean! Hotel is the home of the owners so they are the ones maintaining it. They are always cleaning, the floors are sparking clean as well as the rooms. No shoes inside the hotel but this is not an issue because it keeps the place so clean! Rooms are just as pictured, well maintained and super clean! AC is strong, hot water works well. bed and pillows are comfy. lots of storage space. Free water refilling stations on every floor so this was super convenient. kettle and fridge that works well and keeps your drinks nice and cold. the owners are such nice people. they speak excellent English and can help you with any tours and tickets. motorbike rental also available right at the hotel. location is great! restaurants walking distance and the beach is nearby. in a quiet area so no street noise. overall, great stay and don’t hesitate! and we are usually picky about our hotels (been travelling SE Asia for 6 months now)

not a dislike at all but our first room had an issue with the AC after a few nights but this is not a reflection of the hotel at all. the owners immediately gave us another room to sleep in that night, where the ac worked excellent. again not an issue and not a reason to not stay here. definitely a gem in Koh Lanta!
