Good value for money in a good location

The property is well located to get to places and was very convenient. There’s plenty of room in the main living area and it’s very clean. Good value for money.

Only drawbacks were the toilet that we couldn’t get to stop flushing and a low ceiling in the upper bedroom which is not good if you’re over 6ft- but these were small things that didn’t deter from our stay

We liked everything. The property was clean, spacious, had plenty of amenities, was conveniently located and easy to access. Communication with the hosts was quick and courteous.

Amazing duplex with a balcony close to 2 main Brussels train station

This is a duplex with large size living room with 2 bedrooms level below. It was good enough for 4 people, 2 bathrooms with 2 deattached toilets. You get the key from the lockbox. This apartment is 10 min walk from Brussels Central or 10 mins from Brussels Nord. Although the area around Brussels Nord was full of sketchy characters at 10 in the morning.

Large Brussels apartment for families

Big and spacious. Enough room for everyone to get around. Excellent location; easy to get around to all the tourist locations around town. The apartment has a large kitchen and dining area. Laundry facilities are also available in the apartment. Checkout was a breeze; and luggage storage was great to have.

The apartment was dusty, as though it has not been lived in for a while. It is quite large, so cleaning surfaces around the apartment can be a challenge. The rug in the living area had crumbs that needed to be swept with a vacuum cleaner.

We had the “Atomium” Apartment. Very spacious, very good air conditioning, two roof terraces. Nice living room. Two good bedrooms. Fine bathroom. Very fast wifi etc. Close to bus, tram and metro and various supermarkets and restaurants

Lift did not always open at third floor. Kitchen ammenities need some tlc.

The apartment was huge and in a good location. It was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The host was great and responsive and I would stay here again

Wonderful place for family close to the heart of Brussels !

The size of this gigantic apartment and value for money were simply amazing !! Location was excellent for visiting lovely Brussels. Very clean, safe and quiet, and both kids had their own room and a second WC. Well appointed kitchen with good size fridge. Really a remarkable choice! Easy access by Metro or by car, even the tram runs right in front. Grocery Store just a couple hundred meters away. Every important criteria for a pleasant stay is met and surpassed !

We had to call the owner when we got there because he forgot to send the registration email in advance, but access to the building (code) and apartment (key box) were pretty straightforward once the online registration was performed. Would personally replace the secondary mini-oven with a microwave. And turning on the A/C before our arrival would have been appreciated, but that seems to be a commonly found issue throughout Europe.

Nice location, lacks aesthetics maintenance housekeeping

The location was good and the place was clean & the online staff did respond to most inquiries in a timely manner. Nice to have both a clothing washer and dryer!

The slanted wobbly table on the patio, the courtyard in the center was hideous. They need to put something lovely in that space. Fridge freezer was a huge mass of frosty ice which should've been properly restored before we got there - so much ice that the refrigerator door would not completely shut. Patio View is of a giant office building, police sirens frequent. The water pipes made a loud sound - reverberation. I suggest that the owner put in a combination safe to store valuables. Ease of mind.

Excellent stay at the Royal Apartments

The apartment was very spacious and luxurious. The beds were very comfy. The living area was lovely and there was also an outside veranda. There were 2 large bathrooms, a bath and 2 toilets. We were very close to the centre of Brussels. It was a quiet, safe location. The host sent us step by step instructions. We loved it. There were lots of facilities like washing machine, dryer, safe etc. There were tea and coffee making facilities and nespresso pods.

The size was amazing. So much room! The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked.

More light it was difficult at times with low lighting.

Nice space but worn down

The closeness to station and central location as well as the size of the apartment were good.

The showers were weak and the ensuite was really dark. One shower wouldn't stand upright at all so you couldn't really use it properly. It looked as though the shower pipe was rotton as it was black where it was folded near the shower head. In one shower, the shower doors were broken. The oven stopped working completely and just turned off with no way of turning back on so only one of us had food. Another appliance wasn't very clean. We looked for information on where to put bins and couldn't find any, therefore we had to put smelly bins outside the apartment door. One of the mattresses on the bed felt old and worn down as it was so soft, it resulted in a backache (the other bed's mattresses were good!). There weren't many plug sockets by the beds and the blinds in the hallway couldn't be closed for privacy. It felt run down for the money we paid.

I liked the apartment very much - location, cleanness, comfort.

Location, cleanness, comfort, grocery store nearby, everything interesting within walking distance. Check-in procedure was simple and straightforward. All was done via the Internet. When we had a question regarding hot water, the question was answered within 30 mins.

I asked for some information regarding check-in a few days prior to the arrival but my questions were not answered.

Large apartment near the heart of Brussels.

Gorgeous apartment, very large, perfect for a family of four. Decent location. 10 minute walk to main plaza.

Communication last minute. No basic supplies provided such as tea, dishwashing tablets/liquid, sponges etc. I would expect this for an apartment of this level. There were coffee pods but it felt like they were left by the previous tenants as there was an opened coffee pod pack left on the bench. Dirty tea towel and cutlery/ cup left in kitchen. Dishwasher dirty and clearly not serviced as dishes (that were left by a previous tenant in dishwasher) came out dirty after I put the dishwasher on. Hand towels provided as bath towels and they seemed old (but were clean). Main bedroom - the mattress cover was old and scratchy and seemed more like a mattress protector rather than cover. This made the bed feel dirty ( although sheets were tucked in so assumed they were washed). This is a beautiful apartment that is not cheap. Every other accommodation we stayed at provided basic supplies, an information folder (this was absent) and early and thorough communication. This could be 5 Star if the effort was put in.

The apartment is very specious and equipment with all necessary facilities. A group of 5 people felt very comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas are modern and comfortable. The fact allowed us to enjoy family meals in the apartment.

Good property but bad experience !!!

The house was very big, with 3 bedrooms. Very good location, in the city centre

THE HOST 2-3 days prior to arrival I texted the host the exact hours for check in and the answer we received was " It is all ok, we are waiting for you". The check in period was out of check in hours displayed on booking. In the day of arrival I received a text from the host saying that we need to pay 50 EUROS PER HOUR for every hour after 11:00 pm( the last normal hour for check in). So he asked for 100 euros because we were going to arrive at the property at 1:00 am. This extra fee wasn't mentioned anywhere on booking so when we arrived I kindly asked the host what was going on... eventually we paid the fee because we didn't have another option. The fee was cash and WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY INVOICE!!!! I tried to contact the host after the trip but he didn't give me anything. We are very disappointed with this and we think that this was all a scam thing. So please, if you are coming here be extra careful to arrive in the check in hours.
