The view and the food provided for breakfast. Also very comfortable.
The TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent. We stopped using Wi-Fi.

Oak Tree Lodge is in an excellent location. With a view out to the sea, it's a great place to watch the sun come up. The cottage is well presented and will impress anyone. We stayed in the Beach House. Facilities are excellent and kitchen is well stocked.
There was nothing not to like. If you have a big car, just be careful when parking as it's a bit tight. But still plenty of room.

The Gate House was amazing! Max had provided us with everything we needed and then some. The cottage itself is so picturesque and exactly as the pictures show. We would have no hesitation in booking again!
Absolutely nothing! The cottage was perfect. Everything we needed was there.
