We didn’t stay in the main building; the rooms in the outter buildings need renovating. Bathroom is nice but the rest is old and dated.
The facilities were lovely and the staff were friendly.

It was the second time for us to celebrate wedding anniversary, we didn't expect can be upgrade the room type like last year. We did mention we are celebrating but we got none of any card or welcome gift. It was huge difference of two year experience and we might not coming back next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary

Thumbs down for lack of care factor and attentive customer focus.
We arrived at our room to twin beds without any enquiry at reception about our bedding preference. When staff arrived to change the bedding to king at our request, detritus on the floor from moving the beds was overlooked, so another request for vacuuming. Dark stains on the tiles were met with acknowledgment but no resolve because of a lack of steam cleaning equipment. Care factor?
Overall, my impression is that there is lack of focus and care on the “customer experience” by management and staff.
And who is overseeing quality control?
Tired furnishings just add to the sense that the place has seen better says.
