we originally were booked into a boutique resort nearby but because of some mishaps, the check in was unsuccessful. We were stranded at the boutique resort and have to quickly pivot to make a last minute booking at Jackalope. We managed to book the last room available on Agoda and arrived at the reception 20 minutes later. Upon our late arrival, the staffs were very professional and in the prompt process of making sure our room was ready for us. After a short wait, we were shown to our room. our experience was smooth, staffs were friendly and attentive. the spa the popcorn the icecream the breakfast, waking up to vineyards, a much needed getaway and Jackaloupe delivers. Highly recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed at Jackalope during our anniversary trip, and the experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings, luxurious rooms, and an atmosphere that feels both relaxing and sophisticated.
What made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our visit. The service, food, and overall experience were all top notch, and it’s easily one of the best places we’ve stayed. We cannot wait to come back again.
