Beautiful location with in walking distance from Box hill station. We got upgraded and both beds had electric blankets and the room was equipped with a reverse cycle which was great for the cold nights.
Everything was excellent, however a microwave would have been awesome.

Proximity to box hill central, great little shops bery close as well as a great cafe
The wi-fi router did not work, i had to plig the ethernet plug going to the modem, directly to the tv to access netflix, and use my mobile data for all else

Location & low cost
- images on booking.com did not reflect the actual hotel room
- on arrival we were made aware of a $200 bond. Although it was waived for us, it was not expected
- the room was extremely old & dated with minimal inclusions eg no additional blanket, pillows or towels. There was no hotel or location information available
- there were no dining facilities open
