    Definately has the feel of an upmarket hotel. Staff were all polite, helpful and friendly from concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast to my room looked and tasted wonderful. Not for families but more of a stay for solo or couple travellers.

    Had a wonderful 6-night stay at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Paris end of Collins Street, making it very convenient for exploring Melbourne. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with an amazing city view. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything felt well taken care of, and the overall experience was exactly what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Six nights passed very comfortably, and I was genuinely sad to leave. I would definitely stay at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne.
