I booked two rooms overnight and the rooms were beautiful. Clean, surprisingly no noise complaints as stated in other reviews, maybe because we stayed in the new wing away from the main restaurants, also this was a Sunday night stay so probably a quieter night. Only disappointed was we were not told that the bar snacks were to purchase. We thought they were complementary, only to be charged another $100 at checkout. The staff member at checkout I would say had a bit of a condescending tone when I stated we thought the snacks were complementary to a *** room/ night. Some construction still going on, had to exit the building to access the restaurant from the main entrance for breakfast in the morning. I would also say breakfast options are limited, but good views from the restaurant

Very clean room, comfy bed and incredible rainfall shower in the bathroom. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Sorrento.
