Beautiful views and walkable to the city center.

The B&B is an easy walk into town and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed drinking a bottle of wine at sunset taking in the view of the countryside. The staff was very kind and helpful, offering us recommendations for the area. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering both savory and sweet options. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

True Toscan experience

The location of the accommodation is simply stunning. In front of your eyes the Tuscan countryside in all of its glory. San Gimignano is only 7 min by feet from the property. There is private parking area beside. Mrs Anna is an amazing host. We felt like we were being hosted by friends. As for the breakfast, it was simply amazing. Thanks a lot for this experience!

Absolute PERFECTION! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay.

Everything about this place was exceptional! From the location (5 minute walk to town), stunning 180 degree views of the most beautiful landscape in Tuscany, super welcoming and gracious hosts, delicious Italian breakfast with the most beautiful view you could imagine. You are in the country side but walking distance to town which is so rare!! Don’t think twice just book! This was by far our favourite stay in all of Italy and we are already dreaming of going back.

Great location for San Gimignano and the surrounding area. Large rooms with a completely separate shower area. Good variation for breakfast where you sit semi-outside overlooking the valley. Lovely view. Good parking facility. Friendly owners.

On Booking.com it states breakfast is included, which it was when we booked, but having nothing in writing, just before leaving we were told we had to pay for our breakfasts. Somebody somewhere has got it wrong, but it means the accommodation is more than it seems.

Great location with beautiful views and delicios breakfasts.

Beautiful view from our room and the B&B. Within easy walking distance from a gate. Our hosts were very nice, especially our hostess who gave us suggestions on where to go, events happening around town during our stay. Delicious breakfasts included local meats, homemade cakes, their own olive oil, etc.

Amazing hosts. Very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of good wineries nearby. The rooms included everything you might need, from utensils, wine glasses, to cooking pots, even including plastic wrap, salt and sugar. The picture included is the view from the hotel. Looking forward to coming back again!

Owner was really helpfull and was ready to do check-in later than first agreed because of our transportation dalays. Room was beautifull, clean and felt really cozy. Breakfast in itself was really good and with a view to match 10/10. Location is also amazing. Town is easily reached by foot, while you still have the feeling of staying in the countryside and never once experience a hastle of looking for a parking. Would come again.

Superb

You really can't ask for a better view or cute/quaint B&B for a stay in Tuscany. The view was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Alessandro and Anna were friendly and wonderful hosts, making sure everyone was enjoying and got the most out of their stay. My room was quite charming as the decor was homey - nice comfortable bed, equipped kitchen to cook some basics if you tire of pizza/pasta and lots of room to lounge around both in the room and outside to enjoy the panoramic view. Also, Anna was kind enough to give me a ride to the train station upon my exit so you really can't ask for better hospitality!

I hate to complain about ANYTHING because this is truly an amazing place I recommend everyone staying at. But only because I am a millennial addicted to her phone and someone who had to work remotely, the WiFi not working was quite troublesome. It only worked by the gazebo outside, and I couldn't sit out there past a certain time as it got dark and mosquitoes came out to play. I didn't read about this in any of the other reviews so might have just been a temporary glitch during my stay.

Everything was fantastic. The hosts are lovely and so friendly. The location was amazing to walk into the town or take day trips with our car. We had a lot of space in our apartment and it was quiet.

The floors of our apartment were dirty. It would have been nice to have eggs with breakfast and/or some variety with the food. The same food three days in a row was not ideal. But there was delicious food

the property is well located to San Gimignano. 10min walk

we book this property because pictures and description were including a kitchen and living area. when we arrived we discovered it was only a bedroom with bathroom. no kitchen no living room. when we mentioned the discrepancy to the host, instead of apologies, he challenged us to leave the place and find another accomodation. the advertisement is misleading and the host instead of admitting the dishonesty he has been very rude and unpleasant to deal with. the place is clean and well located but I wouldn’t recommend it because the owners promote things that are not actually provided in the service.

Great view on San Gimignano sorrounding hills, Ettore is very welcoming and the apartment was big and very nice. We didn't get a breakfast but it looked delicious. It's a short walk to the historic city
