Excellent location in the city center, yet quiet; clean bed linen, plenty of towels; plumbing in good working order, with good water pressure and temperature.
There is no elevator, and the stairs are very steep. The girl at the front desk was a huge help—she assisted me in carrying my things up—but it is still inconvenient. And also sometimes it’s impossible to find anyone to help with luggage. The room is very cramped, and the bed is small—even for slender people. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan.

The property was in a good location for the Old Town. The staff were very helpful as there is no lift and quite steep stairs. They helped me with my suitcase to put it in storage and gave me a ground floor room. My room was very clean.
There was no natural light in the room I was in. The bathroom had no where to hang anything, including the towels.

The Staff were amazing, very understanding and accommodating. Real made it such a pleasure to stay there.
This is very petty, but at 8.30am for breakfast was a little late for me as I was playing in a tournament at 9.30am on two of the days

Great location. Very central. Bed was comfortable enough. Room was clean. Secure locking system with 2 codes required to gain access. Staff were able to help us gain access when we were locked out.
Noisy appartment. Could hear other guests returning in the middle of the night. Door unlocking system was also noisy. Room was very basic, but this is something we knew when booking. Would have benefitted from having a kettle.
