Staff was very kind

They have a energy save system that makes anything turns off about every 2 min, was horrible because you can’t take even a shower and the lights (the room was dark and needed light) turned of, the water got cold.

Loved it!

Such a charming building! Decorated so beautifully for Christmas. Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very generous.

It was excellent— loved it all. Just beware the building is an old one and there aren’t any lifts. (You need to lift your luggage upstairs.)

Close to the city centre, friendly stuff. In the room it was a kettle to make tea or coffee. The bed was comfortabel.

Great location for a single-night trip

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location in the centre of Bruges, and it turned out to be a very good choice. Our room was cosy, reasonably equipped, and had reliable Wi-Fi. Despite facing the street, it was well soundproofed, and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was satisfying, with all the essentials to start the day, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception until later. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with great service - ideal for exploring Bruges.

On the downside, the bathroom felt a little dated, and the complimentary amenities were of rather basic quality.

A warm welcome in the heart of historic Bruges.

A great location in the heart of Bruges - you can step straight into the historic streets from the front door. The manager could not have been more kind and helpful when we were delayed at Schipol and had to arrive after midnight. Excellent service restaurant.

Great location a memorable stay at Bruge I booked a family room it was a nice a cozy one with nice window everything thanks for making it worth it with the amenities provided and bathtub etc 🙏🏻 fully satisfied!!

Nice hotel, check-in can be improved

Excellent location, close to the centre and attractions.

Although the hotel does warn that check-in finishes at 8:30 pm, when I called to ask if I could arrive after said time they said that upon arrival I could call a number posted at the door and someone would let me in. Luckily I managed to arrive before 8:30 pm and check in fine, but to my surprise when I left in the evening and returned to the hotel I found the door closed with no number next to the door to call. If I would have arrived after 8:30 pm trusting I would be able to call to be let in I probably would not have been able to enter. The hotel should sort this out and allow later check in considering the nightly rate they charge.

Lovely weekend in Brugge

I booked a hotel for one night, and it was a great experience. The location is wonderful in a historical place, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and nice. The next day we went down for breakfast, and it was also perfect. Small cozy room served with everything needed.

Excellent hotel. Central location. Easy 15-minute walk from the train station. Really spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

No air conditioning. Not a problem whilst I was there, but would make me less likely to book this place in summer.

No lifts, stayed on the 3 rd floor , narrow steep stairs . No help with luggage. The room floorboards creaked with every step. Problem if you are tall in the shower, converted attic room.

A comfortable stay in a central location

The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The owner was very friendly and the breakfasts were excellent.

Cosy authentic place close to the center

The hotel is very cosy and well located, in a very picturesque area. It has free coffee and tea, and biscuits, a very cute garden and comfortable rooms. Good value for price and an authentic Bruges experience. You can also leave your luggage at the reception if needed. The lady there was very nice.

Just FYI, if you have large luggage, there are a lot of narrow stairs and maybe ask for a room on a lower floor as there is no elevator.

Small hotel more like a house than a hotel. Great location and rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast with a large variety of items. Good value for price paid. No lift so if you have mobility issues request a room on lower floors.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Walk out of the hotel and you are right next to the church. Centered to all the top things to do. Room was comfortable, fully equipped, and even had a minibar. They also offered free coffee and tea in the lobby each day.

Location is excellent. Staff are excellent. We booked 3 rooms and some rooms were small, but this is a very old building and so this is to be expected. Some rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor with the only access being small narrow stairs which could be an issue for the very old. Bathrooms are excellent. Breakfast is buffet style and very good. Tea and coffee are included all day long. There is a nice private garden with seating.

There were no USB charging outlets in the rooms, but the rooms had plenty of outlets and plugs and adapters were available at reception.

Unsatisfactory.

The place is nice and clean. Lots of steep stairs.

I was very shocked to find that there was not even a single chair to sit on. only the bed. Besides not having a chair, there was not even a small desk or table to sit at. Even the cheapest motels have that. I can do without a lot of things but a chair and even the smallest of tables or writing desks seems a minimum requirement for a room for rent to me. The heating is also very weak and it is cold outside.
