Disappointed 😔 it looks so pretty and I guess if they are not under so much pressure, it’s a lovely place

It’s beautiful from the outside, the location and surroundings look amazing

I actually didn’t stay here. There was some difficulty with the booking system. There was a wedding party, and they overbooked at least 3 rooms. And I mean technically issues can happen. But there was not any help to get for finding a new place to stay. The staff just sat down with an apologizing face and shrugged. While we sat in there garden to find a new place (on our own) the called to let me know, they overbooked the room. I again ask for recommendations for a place to stay. She said she send me something on WhatsApp. The message arrived around 2 am. Overall very disappointing

Bad

The picture shows the castle from the next village, not the accommodation. There was no staff, we did not receive information where to get the keys. The phone number, despite repeated calls, no one picked up. We had to look for other accommodation.

Wonderful overnight stay.

We had a lovely dinner upon arrival at the restaurant. The service was fantastic, the staff so accommodating and children friendly. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was excellent! Fresh and well prepared, covering all tastes with savoury and sweet options. The breakfast room was wonderful too. This is a rather special place, so relaxing and full of history. Lovely play area as well. We hope to return one day!

The mosquitos had a proper feast on us! We wish the rooms were equipped with insect deterrent plug-ins or citronella candles. And air-conditioning could make the warm nights more pleasant.

Great Hotel for 1 night Stay

Food is great, Dinner was perfect.

Hotel in a village. Far away from Belgium city center. Breakfast is not good. If something finish stuff doesnt bring new items. Like egg/cheese etc. Rooms are separated. They are in another building. Some has high humidity. Smells bad. I dont recommend you to stay in winter. Rooms are really cold even though they have heating.

Ontbijt was gewoon, afbakbroodjes, kleine croissants en chocoladekoekjes, brood, kaas, confituur

Je logeert NIET op het domein. Er werden huisjes buiten het domein opgekocht en verbouwd aan een drukke straat. Dus helemaal niet rustig. De trap in het huisje waar mijn zonen verbleven is een hele steile trap met hele smalle treden, gevaarlijk. Ze moeten eerlijk zijn en de foto's van de huisjes op de site zetten waar je logeert, niet laten denken dat je effectief op het domein logeert.

Gerne wieder ins Château in dem herrlichen Garten, schlafen nicht noch einmal.

Etwas für Ostalgiefans. Alles sehr alt, Plastikblumen in schmutziger Vase, unter dem Bett jede Menge Schmutz, kein Fön, nur ein Bügel im Schrank. Heizung sehr laut, laue Beleuchtung. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Château ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr nett und zugewandt! Krasser Unterschied von Château und den ausgelagerten Zimmern.

De groene omgeving. Het bed was comfortabel.

Bij aankomst kreeg ik gewoon de sleutel en uitleg waar ik de kamer kon vinden. Niemand ging mee, vond ik heel bizar. Jammer. De locatie van de kamer was een teleurstelling. Niet in het kasteel. Maar verderop (een stukje wandelen) in een straat. De vloet was tapijt. De foto kwam niet overeen met de kamer dat ik kreeg. Heel andere kamer.

kamer . De verlichting van de slaapkamer moest je in de badkamer aandaan .De lampen aan het terras weketen niet dus boven aan de trap ben ik gevallen wegens de goot die ik in het donker niet zag

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Zimmer ist wunderschön und sauber. Frühstück ist super (gute Auswahl). Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, es gibt ein Teich hier bei dem Hotel und schöne Wald mit Spielplatz. Familienzimmer ist gross.

Place de parking dans la rue Enormément de bruit (jusque 3h00 au matin) causé par la musique de la salle de banquet qui accueillait ce jour là un mariage, pensez donc à demander avant de réserver si il y a une réception de prévue si vous ne voulez pas que votre nuit soit gâchée. En dehors de cela je pense que l'endroit doit être très calme, on est juste pas tombé le bon weekend .......

De ligging aan de mooie gracht

Onze kamers lagen aan een drukke weg. In het bad kon je niet staand douchen omdat er een schuine kant van het dak in de weg zat. De kamer was muf en het ontbijt was niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Al met al te veel geld voor zo iets.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Flexibele en professionele attitude van het management. Ondanks het warme weer en de afwezigheid van een ac toch een koele kamer waar het aangenaam vertoeven is. Zeer goede verduistering mogelijk, prima matras die een verkwikkende slaap verzekerd. Goede douche. Een terras met stoeltjes en tafeltje voor de kamer. Een aangenaam prieeltje maakt het tot een rustig vertoeven. Een uitgebreid, gezond en gevarieerd ontbijt met bubbels verzekerd een uitstekende start van de dag. Er is een aangenaam restaurant aanwezig met goede, vlotte keuken tegen betaalbare prijzen. Gratis parking en een fietsstalling is een pluspunt. Gelegen langs een fietsknooppuntroute vormt dit verblijf een prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Je bent zo in Borgloon of in de zwevende kapel. Boek hier zonder twijfelen.. ;-)

De locatie is prachtig zo ook het chateau. Aandachts punt:Het ontbijt was goed enkel misten wij een gebakken eitje en een vuilnisbakje op de tafel ook hadden wij een ietwat uitgebreider assortiment op prijs gesteld.

Wij misten een koelkastje op onze kamer, De verlichting op het bospad naar onze kamers brandde niet. En jammer was dat wij graag ' s avonds wat langer van jullie terras hadden mogen/kunnen genieten er werd ons gemeld dat om 22 uur het terras ging sluiten, hierdoor zijn wij boven op ons dakterras gaan zitten ondanks dat wij naar ons mening rustig waren, was er een stel die ons vroegen of het wat stiller kon zijn?!

De locatie, dwz restaurant waar ook het ontbijt geserveerd werd.

De kamer was groot maar zeer basic. Geen koelkastje. De menukaart van het restaurant lag er maar hopeloos gedateerd. In de badkamer geen enkel haakje om iets op te hangen. Douchegelflacon die in een houder zou moeten hangen lag los in de douchebak. Kortom: weinig aandacht.
