The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was great. The room had air-conditioning which was great for hot weather.

The pool could be a little bit cleaner. There is no inhouse restaurant.

Wonderful breakfast, with a lot of selection of fruit, cheese, meats and much more. I was impressed. The owner also made eggs as I wanted them done. The single room had a brand new and rather sophisticated shower and was neat and clean with a good bed. I was pleased what I received for the rate I paid.

Make sure that you set the GPS for the name of the hotel and not the address as I did, or will be harder to find (as it was for me). The place is still under construction and looks understandably like a work in progress. But all guests stay in the already finished part and so it had no practical effect, and I was further not bothered by it.

It was a very peaceful location, The room was very modern and breakfast was excellent.

the build was an old farm building which had been beautifully restored whilst retaining its original structure and character. Sabine was an excellent host

Stunning location in an old watermill in a beautiful, quiet setting. Tastefully renovated. Nice touches made my spacious room look very classy. Bistro and bar round the same courtyard with lots of parking for everyone. Toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe in the room. My dogs were also welcomed. I would definitely return.

Couldn't get the coffee machine working, but apart from that couldn't fault anything.

Location excellent fir cyclists. Breakfast excellent - healthy food, wide selection.

Better lighting for reading. Owner is aware and solving issue.

Super nice area, a very farm-ish feeling but at the same time, you could find a delicious kebab place just a minute away by car from the place, in case the local restaurant is closed. We were there for one night's stay on our way back to the UK but I could definitely spend there a whole weekend or longer. The room is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Super clean and modern. The breakfast there was excellent! And the host lady was very helpful and nice. Can't recommend it enough!

The Wi-Fi didn't look very strong, but I could do my work with no issues so not really a problem.

Stunning location and lovely hotel in beautiful countryside

We just needed a little bit of power return home with our electric car, so they let us charge at a simple wall socket.

Highly recommended. Nice place, nice location and a very nice host (Sabine)! You will sleep tight and enjoy a marvellous breakfast - and Elzard Molen (Bistro) will serve you a wonderful lunch. Good project to support!

The entire site is like a true paradise of heaven, so peaceful and calm, run by a very sympathetic lady, Sabine, who really knows 💯 what she’s doing, who really knows 💯 how to run a b&b successfully, being completely zen herself by every act! Controlling everything without showing any stress! Never seen this before in my 16 years of being a prof in tourism and I have visited hundreds of hotels and b&b’s in Europe, during my long career in tour operating! Here, at this place, anyone (🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ friendly) can really meet him self, her self, it self again, even when you’re feeling lost for a while .. Come here and you will leave “releaved” in mind and body! 🧘🏽‍♂️ And it’s so fine and comfortable, that you can enjoy such a delicious local comfort food in the neighbours brasserie (run by family!) Flemish cuisine; great portions in a very unique presentation! I am an absolute fan! Easy peasy comfort address, where everyone can enjoy a marvellous 🤩 breakfast in the first place, even if you’re not spending the night there. And from here, you walk, you cycle, you’re so near to the heart of adorable Limburg: the capital Hasselt, a must see and enjoy! Use the free parking of “Japanse tuin” and walk to the heart of the city in only 20 minutes and discover a charming and very cosy city, where the locals always serve you with an honest big smile!!! I am flemish, living in Gent since 20 years .. Discovered all this very recently .. I can tell you: I don’t need to go abroad any longer for enjoying some great holidays! ❤️‍🔥💚💖❤️❣️❣️❣️

Peace and quiet with a family owned pub opposite, ideal! A very thoughtfully renovated old building, to the highest standard, even including an elevator up to the rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Everything is new, spacious room, a bath in the bathroom !! ❤️, high quality of furniture and facilities , perfect breakfast with a fresh juices, good variety of fruits, cheeses…

Brand new boutique hotel located in quite rural area , very spacious rooms and a lot of glamour.
