The staff were very friendly and helpful 😊
It's not that I didn't like this but communication was sometimes a little hard with my broken Japanese and their low usage of English.

Absolute highlight of our Japan trip. From the beautiful staff making us feel welcomed and loved the whole time to the amazing relaxing environment. I would have to say the the staff and the culture made this trip our favourite. We will be back indefinitely. Thank you so much for going out of your way to host us. Have nothing but the best things to say about this place and overall we will miss it dearly.
