Fantastic location right on the beach and the rooms and views are amazing. The sun beds by the beach are in a perfect position and the pool and breakfast staff were all lovely.
The front desk staff were very business-like and not as friendly as other hotel staff. The standard of room cleaning was quite poor and should be better in a hotel claiming 5 stars.

The hotel was beautifully situated and stunning throughout. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The food choice and quality was great. We will definitely return when we visit Thailand again next year

Amazing beach, nice set up of villas, great service
It’s a bit outdated and small things could be improved - for example charger is available only from one side of the bed, would be great to have it from both sides. But it’s not a big deal.

The location, the outside of the resort had beautiful greenery (well kept) and a lot of character. The staff were friendly and really respectful. Loved that they provided me with a room to freshen up in after my day trip after I checked out and needed somewhere to freshen up before I drove back to Phuket.
The inside of the rooms were extremely dark (not very good lighting) and very outdated. I don’t think the room was worth £110 a night, the hotel could really do with modernisation of the rooms and updating them to be more in line with lux hotels/resorts.
