Location but mostly the staffs. Very helpful and welcoming. Nice path across rhe street to the beach.
The bed was really hard you could feel the coils and the edge springs.

Maew the receptionist was so lovely, helpful and genuine. A little dated but that not bad, it's a good budget option right by the beach.
We found the whole area had a slightly weird vibe at times.

Good location, next to the beach, and the area's (probably) best restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The bed was not great, the room seemed a bit old, especially the bathroom. The pillowcases had a weird smell. No hand towels provided. We had to pay there (instead of via booking), which meant there was a surcharge fee if we wanted to pay by card. Not much, but it should have been communicated beforehand.
