Location, location! It is not exactly near the tourist area, but the location of this hotel is still great, close to the ring road of Yogya. The buffet food was good, variety of food was served there. The service was also great no problem. We had a problem with our toilet, and someone came over to our room right away and fixed it.
I thought by changing their name and management, this hotel would at least update their rooms. I've stayed a few times here before they changed it to Loman and they still keep everything the same. We stayed in room 111, there were ants and roaches! The room was damp, the carpet needed to be replaced, there was mold all over the bathroom, towels looked old. The whole room including the bathroom needs to be deep clean and checked.

The breakfast was okay. The location was great. Staff hospitality was excellent.
The room facilities were poor. The bathtub was a bit broken that the water was leaked swarming the bathroom. The kettle in my room was broken.
