L’emplacement était parfait, les chambres très bien équipées et confortables.
Piscine sur le toit avec une belle vue panoramique.
Petit déjeuner avec un très large choix.
Personnel aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour la manager Atik)

Lage war zentral, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Supermärkte, Warungs, Cafés etc. waren direkt erreichbar.
Dachterrasse war ganz nett.
Zimmer hatte durchgehend einen muffigen Geruch. Bettwäsche war fleckig.
Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig ist zu den Nachbarn.
Aufgrund von Flugverspätung kamen wir erst einen Tag später dort an. Trotz mehrfachen Schreiben an das Hotel, um sie über die Verzögerung zu informieren, kam keine Reaktion zurück. Selbst als wir dann angereist sind, wurde nicht nachgefragt, bzw. darauf eingegangen. Hospitality Service = 0
