1. Location is good, can go to Jalan Malioboro by walk within 10 minutes, and there is also a big supermarket near the hotel.
2. Staff can speak good English.
3. Facilities are good.

ask them help to send our breakfast pack to our room but they can't help us on that.

near to Malioboro Street
Seems like the bed sheet was not new coz I saw hair strands so I requested for housekeeping the next day. On the next day, they only disposed my trash, did not change the bed, not even sweep the floor as my shoes and slippers were at the same spot (and same position) where I placed them the previous day.
On check out, as it was 5AM, the guy at the reception was sleeping I had to call him out several times before he woke up. After handing him the key, he went back to sleep without even turning on the lights at the lobby while I was there waiting for my ride.
