Very welcoming staff, really helpful, good location and modern lobby. The Mexican bar/restaurant was good too. Amazing massage! Hugeeee beds
A little tired and dated, AC broke in our initial room was fixed and then quickly broke again. We got moved rooms but the new room wasn’t as nice unfortunately.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, peaceful pool area.
Little bit far from attractions, but grab is quick and cheap so no problem.

Room was pretty spacious. View over the city was alright
Food recommendations from the staff at check in were good
Location was alright but not right on the central street
We had a late night visit from a prostitute who banged on the door, didn't speak english and wanted either payment or us to call her pimp and explain she was at the wrong room. We did neither, closed the door and she went away. We alerted the front desk and they seemed to be not too concerned - a little disconcerting.
Very pushy tour operator operating at the hotel - there are much better deals available and you should book your own options
