Staffs: Owner is friendly and helpful. The staff helped us to carry our luggage to upstairs room. We really appreciate the owner's preparation of the necessary upon our arrival as owner communicated well with us before our date of arrival. Facilities: The room and attached bathroom (with bidet) are spacious and clean. There is hot water supply. Daily coffee and mineral water are provided. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Breakfast: Our stay included daily breakfast. We like the morning breakfast which includes a main dish, cake, fruits and glass of local tea. On the day of departure, as our flight is a morning flight, we requested a simple take-away breakfast and the owner prepared boxes of Indonesian traditional chicken rice. We really like the taste of the chicken rice.

The room was clean, bright and airy. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also quite central for reaching the main attractions in Yogyakarta
