Good location, close to Malioboro street, nice facility
A bit dated, a few design flaws (toilet paper holder too close and too far back to comfortably use the toilet paper), and a couple not so great experience (leaking air cond and food order not processed and have to manually request for refund myself).

Breakfast choice is limited for choice of bread and continental selection.
There is no English Breakfast tea or Earl Grey tea available, disappointed.
Not everyone enjoy Coffee or Camomile tea for breakfast.
