Brilliant place to stay in Lake Garda

Brilliant place to stay on Lake Garda, we drove to the property and the hotel had ample parking. Walking out the door straight on to the lake was stunning. The food was brilliant also and the people were all super lovely.

Good location and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. We requested a 1st floor room because there is no elevator (lift). They were kind enough to accommodate our request. The location is perfect. Just in the middle of the Lake, where its an easy 1 hour drive to Limone..and the same to Sirmione. It's directly on the lake. It has its own 'beach' area with sun loungers. Good food at their restaurant. Other restaurants are located around the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking an amazing view of the lake! Breakfast buffet was basic. Pastries, croissants, bread..jams..scrambled eggs and boiled eggs etc. Good to start the day with. They have reserved parking just outside the hotel. And if there is no space, you can park in the paid parking area ( next to the hotel)..and they'll reimburse you. Air conditioning worked well. Inform the reception to switch it ON for you.

The shower area is very small. Only when you are in the bathroom...You can hear everything in the next room. No English News TV channels. You can change the language of some movies back to English. (Press Tools..Language) No kettle. Road noise and music at the weekends only.

- we missed a fridge and a tea/coffee maker in the room - we had a room facing the main street, and it was as loud as it could get (closing the windows did not make any difference) - wifi was quite weak

So much better than my expectations fir a 2star hotel. Breakfast - Very good, mostly italian (sweet), fresh fruits, great cakes, during summer eating breakfast just by the lake is the best start of each day. In the afternoons and evenings best restaurant around, great food. View from the room magical!! Rooms small but clean. Everyone very helpful. Village small enough to rest, big enough not to feel bored. Hope to visit this place once more, this time for longer. Grazie mille!!

Everything was perfect, as always, it was our fifth stay in this hotel. Perfect location on the lake. Perfect restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast with all you can imagine, their own tasty bread, scrambled eggs, jams, cheese, ham, salami, fruit, yoghurt and so on. Staff is very kind and friendly. We are definitely going to visite this hotel again ♥️

Superb

The next day they moved us into the room with the lake view for the same price, this room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was tasty and large choise, outdoor restaurant directly on the lake side with very nice view on the lake. Very kind staff.

I would not recommend the economy room which has an old bathroom and there is the balcony on the street side, a noice during the night.

Smelly bathroom room (think the sink had been used as an ashtray), stained bedding, very noisy room on the street side, no kettle or cups , no fridge.

Eher ein Zoo als ein Hotel. Für mich nichts.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Ufer in dem Ort gibt es einige Lokale wo man sehr gut essen kann.

Das Hotel hat Teppichboden, und leider riecht es überall nach nassem Hund. Idealerweise kann man den Hund an den See Gassi führen und er kann baden - leider merkt und riecht man es sehr, wenn die lieben Tiere nass ins Zimmer dürfen.

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und der Blick auf den Gardasee ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich und das Personal war überaus freundlich.

Der Teppich im Flur ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir würden wieder kommen und das sagt alles

Der familiäre Charme des Hotels machen die in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung mehr als wett. Das selbstgebackene Brot und der ebenfalls selbstgemachte Pizzateig ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auf Anliegen und Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Ein Upgrade des Zimmers hat auch geklappt. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Direkt am See zu frühstücken oder Abend zu essen ist ein Träumchen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Bad könnten ein paar Haken zum aufhängen angebracht werden. Das Hotel liegt an der Strasse - doch mit unseren Ohrstöpseln wurde das Problem gelöst

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer und Balkon ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück am See ist sehr gut. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die höheren Stockwerke sind mit Gepäck schwer erreichbar.

Sehr zufrieden!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt, auf alle Fragen oder Anliegen konnte eingegangen werden. Das Zimmer war ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels unbeschreiblich gut, direkt mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und Hotel eigenem Zugang zum Wasser. Das Frühstück war aus unserer Sicht wirklich gut, es gab alles notwendige (Rührei, Obstsalat, Aufstrich, Café, Kakao, Kuchen, etc.), bei uns blieb kein Wunsch offen. Wer ein extravagantes Frühstück braucht, dem würde vielleicht etwas fehlen. Es gab jedoch unserer Meinung nach alles was ein Frühstück braucht. Dazu gab's noch die wundervolle Außenterrasse zum frühstücken direkt mit Blick auf den Gardasee, wunderschön! Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind rund um zufrieden gewesen und wollten am liebsten gar nicht weg.

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas älter, dies spürt man hier und da. Insbesondere beim Bad. Beispielsweise war der Toilettendeckel nicht ganz fest und beim Wassereinstellen in der Dusche ging teilweise das kalte Wasser nicht ganz. Dies sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten gewesen. Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf, könnten sich von dem Straßenlärm gestört fühlen, die Fenster sind relativ dünn. Uns hat es jedoch gar nicht gestört.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Skøn balkon med udsigt. Virkelig skøn morgenmad. Lækkert hjemmebagt brød! Generøs stemning - badehåndklæder, SUP boards, strandstole, badebro, mm. Søde ejere, der også driver hotellet. Vandreruter til fantastiske bjerge lige uden for døren. Vi kommer igen!

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Man kommt aus dem Hotel und ist direkt an der Promenade zum spazieren gehen oder baden. Die separate Fläche zum liegen ist super. Das Personal ist grandios und sehr sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum See - ein Traum!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein; das Bad (vor allem die Dusche) ebenfalls. Aber die Lage; der Ausblick, das tolle Essen etc. macht das alles wieder gut!

Parcheggio esterno di dimensione comoda presso l'albergo (e se proprio manca un posto ti rimborsano l'eventuale parcheggio altrove), staff disponibile multilingue, struttura con tutto il necessario (ad iniziare dalla tavoletta con riduzione integrata per i più piccoli nei bagni), posizione letteralmente fronte lago senza necessità di attraversare la strada, cibo OTTIMO.

Aggiungerei un ascensore e gradualmente proseguirei con gli ammodernamenti.

Nicht das neueste Hotel, wird aber nach und nach renoviert. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank in den man sich sein mitgebrachtes Wasser kühlen konnte. Das Frühstück direkt am See ließ nichts vermissen. Alles was man braucht vom guten Cappuccino, Rührei frischen Brötchen bis hin zum Biscotti alles da, was das Herz begehrt.😋 Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse am See war mehr als außergewöhnlich und sehr, sehr lecker. Eigener kleiner Strand direkt am See, man muss nur runter gehen. Keine Straße zwischen Haus und See. Kein Verständnis für die Meckerer mit schlechten Bewertungen. Aussergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeber und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die Lage am See spektakulär 🤩 Danke Lorenzo für die schöne Zeit, die wir in Eurem Haus verbringen durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

Waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Hat uns noch besser gefallen als beim ersten Mal 🫶🏻 die Lage ist so schön … alle sind sehr nett. Das Essen ist spitze und die Zimmer sind auch super. Wir kommen wieder 🤍

Frühstück könnte länger als bis 9:30h gehen … das ist das einzige 👍
