Location is perfect, far enough from the road not to be bothered by it and close anough to the lake to quickly dip in. The swimming pool and bar are super nice. Family owned hotel, staff is kind and communicates well in English.

We had a lovely stay at Case Este! The things we liked very well were: - The owner Frenky was very friendly to us and was kind to help us at any time. He also recommended a very nice, cosy en good restaurant" Hotel Cassone " it was only a 10 min walk. - The swimming pool and the rest. The swimming pool was very clean and beautiful with a perfect temperature. - The bar that opened around the end of the afternoon ( July) Frenky himself was taking care of the lovely drinks! Very Nice - The location was perfect. Not to busy and a superMarket around the corner. And the beach in just 1 min walk .

Perfect location close to the beach and close to the boat to have the option to see other cities on Garda lake. Further, a small pool just front of our room was an alternative for cooling.

Disgraceful treatment

Location, swimming pool area.

Disgraceful treatment of owner who made an issue of city tax payment. He asked us to pay for it in cash which we did not have ( we wanted to pay for it by card ) and after started to scream and said you don’t have 4 euros cash money to pay for it and your in Italy why don’t you have cash money etc. It was very embarrassing. Eventually we paid for it by card but he made us feel like we did something wrong ... money is money and it should not matter how you pay for your bill. It’s a shame that we experienced this kind of bad treatment of the host cause his mother and daughter are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Location is fantastic with everything you need within walking distance. the pool was almost like a private pool. The owners responded very quickly to providing what was need for my toddler.

The bed was very hard and not comfortable and the shower cabin very small and outdated.

Directly at the lake. Nice little oldtown village. Not so crowded like other parts of the lake. Staff is nice and everything easy going.

Rooms are not the newest, but ok. Some of the lights did not work, but was no problem.

Ich habe kein Frühstück gehabt.die Lage ist gut Bus vor dem Haus und Restaurants hat’s auch in der nahe.

Sehr bemühte und wachsame Gastgeber, super Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zu einem tollen Strand, wenig Trubel trotz gutem Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Nase. Für alle, die nicht in einem der größeren Orte unterkommen und vor allem Baden und Entspannen wollen, klare Standort-Empfehlung für Assenza.

Das WLAN reicht nicht ins Zimmer. Die Betten sind kurz geraten und sehr hart. Die Musik an der Bar (bis 23 Uhr in der Hauptsaison) ist im Zimmer zu hören - für empfindliche Leute Achtung. Wir hatten zudem sicher nicht das schönste Zimmer, klein und spartanisch - für uns hat es insgesamt dennoch gepasst, weil wir Lage und Leute mochten.

Familiengeführtes Traditionsunternehmen, ruhige Umgebung, sympathische Gastgeber

Franky ist ein sehr lustiger Gastgeber, liebe Grüsse auch an die Mama! Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig & praktisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen sauberen Pool, der Strand befindet sich direkt gegenüber, einige Restaurants & eine Frühstücks/Apero-Bar sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ideal für Personen die den Gardasee abseits der grossen Touristenströme geniessen wollen. Parkplätze in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre super!

Top Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgeber Frühstück war super alles frisch Kleiner aber feiner Pool und zum See waren es gerade mal 50m Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden Kommen gerne wieder 😊

Top familiengeführtes Hotel in Brenzone

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes familiengeführtes Hotel, alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, besser geht es wirklich nicht. Hier steht der Gast absolut im Vordergrund, Service steht an erster Stelle. Ein toller Pool, den man auch abends noch nutzen kann, eine sehr schöne Bar, leckere Getränke, die Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Auch eine Garage oder Parkmöglichkeit um die Ecke sind vorhanden. Wir wünschen dem Hotel-Team weiterhin viel Erfolg und Spaß.

Wir waren rundherum glücklich!

Eigentlich von der Ausstattung ein Hotel mit 3 Sternen. Aber weil ein Aufzug fehlt… bei 2 Geschossen… darf man sich nur einen Stern an die Tür hängen. Das hält den Preis niedrig und so erlebt man 3 Sterne für den Preis von einem! Wir haben uns Mega wohl gefühlt, zumal die Besitzerfamilie so herzlich ist, wie man nur sein kann. Den ganzen Tag läuft am Pool chillige Musik in angenehmer Lautstärke und die Preise an der kleinen Bar sind niedrig. Sauber ist es überall, sogar in der Garage! Wer mag, findet mit Frenky (Chef) einen tollen Gesprächspartner und wer eher allein sein will, wird nicht gestört. Ganz wichtig - der Kirchturm, den man auf den Bildern sieht, läutet NICHT! 😅 Es ist sehr ruhig und dennoch ist man direkt am See. Baden sozusagen vor der Haustüre möglich! 1 Minute vom Hotel entfernt und direkt am Wasser ist eine kleine Bar, wo man sehr günstig frühstücken kann (also italienisch), wenn man das nicht im Hotel möchte. Wir haben unser Herz dagelassen und kommen sicher wieder! Danke Frenky! 🥰
