Lovely comfy place in a great location, we will visit again i hope

Spacious, clean, comfy apartment with a balcony with a view over the lake, beach is several steps away. Access to the swimming pool of the nearby hotel (we did not need it, but great option). Lovely location. We were met as agreed after checking hours and got a drink, after a long drive this was very pleasant. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with all that you need. Oh and we even got a complimentary goodies, like pasta and souse, coffee and tea and even milk and jam! Very considered. Free parking on sight was super handy as well.

There is nothing to not like, only one detail i would recommend to add - a reck to dry clothes. Otherwise -it was perfect.

Gorgeous, relaxing, friendly and clean apartment right on Lake Garda.

The apartment was super clean and the kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee and tea and snacks. They even provided complimentary beer and soda! The private beach on the lake was right across the street from the property and so relaxing. Lots of sun loungers to choose from! The pool was really nice, too and very clean. There was also a nice little cafe/bar where you can get drinks for the pool or beach—so nice! And the grounds were lovely. Outdoor spaces for eating or lounging and beautiful jasmine everywhere. And as for walkability, there is a beautiful foot and bike path along the lake that leads right into town. About a ten minute walk along crystal clear water with cliffs and hills in the distance. Just beautiful!

I think our only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. But we’d exchange low water pressure for all the other wonderful characteristics any time!

A good apartment in a good location from which to tour the area.

I stayed in a studio apartment for 13 nights during April 2025, in part to see my son take part in a half marathon, Garda42. The apartment had a balcony overlooking the lake, the room was reasonably large, and everything that should work did so. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, water, pasta, pasta sauce, snacks, chocolates and a bottle of wine… by far the best package of this type I’ve had (and I use similar apartments a couple of times a year across Europe). Parking on site was available. As my stay was out of season it was relatively quiet. Mid stay bedding and towels were changed. My only down point was the bed pillows were a bit like bricks, but I coped! Overall a good place to stay. Having a car available is a necessity if you want travel the area.

It was the last stop of our "vacation trip" and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a very nice, kind and informative welcome by the staff with a refreshment. In the room plenty of tea, coffee and a selection of snacks for breakfast, ingredients to cook pasta and a prosecco was waiting for us. The apartment was really well equipped and clean. The location was just what we were looking for, a calm area with beach access, walking distance on a nice promenade to villages with restaurants and not far to drive to some of the cities around. Also great for bike trips (in the mountains or around the lake), etc. We only had breakfast on our last day, which was really excellent. You also got the possibility to rent bikes or SUPs with a bar/restaurant, swim in the pool (we preferred the lake) and enjoy some "quite hours".

Should have booked longer... Nothing really, just very minor things: the fridge was a bit loud, so we sometimes disconnected it at night. The aircon had a timer limit, which we weren't aware of initially. A bit of noise from loud TVs from neighboring apartments here and there, but generally was nice and quite.

Our room was a little dark BUT we booked last minute and it was clearly described as a mountain view so we knew this would be the case. We’d definitely stay again but next time book earlier and request a lake front room.

Room infested with bugs

So when we came to the apartment, we noticed a few bugs. Throughout the night, the bugs just kept appearing, we had to get rid of at least thirty of them. When we noticed the management, not only did they not provide any compensation, but they completely waived any responsibility and even tried to make it our fault. For 80 euros per night, you would really expect more.

Excellent location, big apartment, cooling, kitchen and cooking equipment.

The floor of apartment was really wet, when we came. and we heard from neighbour that there was heavy rain before we came and water run in to apartment. We would have respected, if that would have been told us by reception. Otherwise everything was fine and service good. If you are sensitive to moisture damages, It might be better to take room from upper floor.

Always love to come back

We like the small village of Brenzone and we like the Villa Margherita/Rosemari - it was not the first time we stayed there and we will definitely come back. The apartment has a great balcony and all basic equipment and is very clean. The location is great for making trips by car and boat and a couple of nice restaurants are within walking distance. Everybody is always friendly and helpful, so you have everything to enjoy your vacation.

Since this part of the lake is directly next to the main road, you´ll hear some traffic, but we knew that before and you can live with it, especially if you leave the door closed at night. The air conditioning works very well. The rest depends on your neighbors, some of ours were quite loud but fortunately left after a couple of nights. All in all, nothing to really complain, we look forward to coming back soon.

Tolles Anwesen und noch viel tollere Vermieter. Super ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück möglich. See über die Straße. Ausreichend Liegen am Privatstrand. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert vom Angebot. Jede unserer Fragen wurde freundlich beantwortet und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Weite so!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass es zur Begrüßung im Zimmer Kaffee, Nudeln, Tomatensauce, Kekse usw. gab. Auch das Begrüßungsgetränk an der Hotelbar war sehr freundlich. Liegen am Pool und am Strand waren kostenlos und prima!

Es liegt an der Straße und durch den Verkehr kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Aber dafür hat man vom Balkon aus einen tollen Blick auf den Gardasee!

Super, sehr gerne wieder

Das Frühstück war exzellent. Die individuelle Betreuung war top - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, auch mit offenem Fenster (Strasse ist nicht so stark befahren in der Nacht). Wer mag kann auch Klimaanlage anschalten und Fenster zu. In einer Minute zum Hotel-eigenen Strand, sehr sauber. Fußweg am Seeufer in beide Richtungen. Restaurants in Laufnähe. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den See und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Appartment-Küche war gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Erstverpflegung.

Einzig im Bad könnte noch eine bessere Handtuch-Halterung für Verbesserung sorgen

Alles. Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Anlage bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Der Pool ist toll und unser Appartements war modern eingerichtet. Von der schönen großen Terrasse hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht auf den See.

Nach 25 Jahren Italienurlaub war dieser Urlaub rundum für uns der Beste. Immer wieder.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit einer ausgiebigen Erklärung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Zur Begrüßung in der Unterkunft waren auf dem Tisch viele Lebensmittel (Wein, Brot, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee usw.) ausgelegt. Reicht auf jeden Fall fürs Überleben am ersten Tag. Die Lage ist super, keine 50 Meter bis zum Privatstrand. Vom Balkon aus einen wundervollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner zu erreichen der alle Fragen beantworten konnte und Wünsche in Bezug auf die Unterkunft umgehend erledigte. Alles einfach super.

Skvělé ubytování

Líbila se nám poloha ubytování. Kousek k jezeru, u jezera vlastní lehátka, cyklostezka, kousek na sever do městečka Malcesine. Personál skvělý, vše nám ukázali, i tipy v okolí. Na apartmánu bylo základní občerstvení ke snídani i obědu. Skvělý a čistý venkovní bazén s lehátky. Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a velmi praktický. Bylo v něm vše, co jsme potřebovali, jak na vaření v kuchyňce, tak pohodlné postele s několika polštáři. Velká a luxusní koupelna (apartmán 9).

Apartmán byl na začátku května na nás trochu více chladný, vlhký. Ale v létě to může být příjemné v horkém počasí.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am gardasee

Als ertes das Personal sehr freundlich sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war tip top alles in der Nähe sehr schönen Ausblick vom Balkon aus direkt zur Strandpromenade und zum See.

Die Türen sollten mal erneuert werden. Das diese ziemlich laut zu gehen und es doch einigermaßen hellhörig ist ansonsten top.

Super Apartment mit nettem Personal / Betreiber

Das Apartment wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert / saniert. Es ist Top ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien etc.) und ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist ebenfalls renoviert und in einem Top Zustand. Es gibt eine große begehbare Dusche und auch der Waschtisch ist richtig großzügig gestaltet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich wir haben sogar ein Willkommensgetränk bekommen und im Zimmer stand ebenfalls ein kleine Willkommenspaket mit Nudel, Tomatensoße, Milch etc. bereit. So fühlt man sich willkommen :) Beim Check out ging auch alles problemlos und wir bekamen noch einen Cafe bevor wir abreisten. Wir hatten hier nichts auszusetzen. Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft.
