Very very nice staff - very kind and welcoming after a long drive. Good location - we had a nice view to the lake from our apartment and from the pool. Good breakfast.

Look no further, best place to stay!

We stayed for a week and we absolutely loved everything. The apartment/ hotel is 10 meters from the lake with a private beach. We got a free upgrade to a room by the pool with a small garden, overlooking Garda Lake. The staff was incredibly friendly. Clean room, super comfortable bed. No noise whatsoever. In the room everything necessary, small kitchenette, fridge, micro, aircon, all super practical and easy to use. Free parking. Close to restaurants in Brenzone and only 10 min drive to Malcesine, excellent location. We are regularly going to Garda Lake and this apartment the best experience! We will definitely go here again and again. Very highly recommended if you are staying for longer time as well! See you next time! 😊

we only stayed for one night (on the way further south) but the hosts were very friendly, the swimming pool was lovely, location was right next to the beach, room was large and had pleasant temperature, would happily return for a longer stay

The parking and the view are ok

The room and the whole house seem to be stuck in the 1980s. I paid 200 euros for one night and they cannot even leave a bottle of water. Everything in the room is OLD, the microwave is from the 90s the aircon aswell.

Einfach Klasse

Das Hotel ist einfach super, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet von Kaffeemaschine über Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster es standen sogar Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Plätzchen Spaghetti und Tomatensauce auf dem Tisch. Die Lage ist auch mega schön ,Balkon mit Seeblick, zum See muss man nur über die Straße. Der Pool ist auch top mit Liegewiese und ausreichend Liegen. Rund herum gesagt einfach Klasse, wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, die Küche mit Wasserkocher, Filtermaschine, Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Toaster ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, der Pool sauber und es gab genug Liegen. Es gibt einen eigenen Steh zum See. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen zwei netten Örtchen und ist auch mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr altbacken und sowohl Wifi als auch mobile Daten funktionieren fast gar nicht. Aber über beides lässt sich hinweg sehen.

Fantastisch, leuke locatie

Mooie schone studio voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Een leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden, temperatuur van het water was goed. Uitzicht erg mooi vanaf zwembad en hotel. Fijn behulpzaam personeel die de tijd voor je nemen.

Schöne Silberhochzeitsreise - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Empfang mit Wasserflasche und Lebensmitteln für den ersten Tag. Die Aussicht über den See mit einem tollen Appartement (11) mit einem Extraeingang, der direkt über eine kleine Treppe zum Pool führt. Vorgegebene Poolzeiten von 9-20 Uhr, damit man auch mal seine Ruhe hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht deutsch. Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden. Wir konnten direkt Fahrräder leihen, aber man hätte auch SUBs o.ä. leihen können. Frühstück wird auch angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Wir waren zu zweit, aber man hätte auch zu fünft wohnen können. Ein Wäscheständer ist vorhanden. Der Zugang zum See ist direkt vor der Haustür, allerdings empfehlen wir Badeschuhe ;-)

Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen. Die Stühle für Küche und Balkon sind auf die Dauer etwas unbequem.

Super Urlaub am Gardasee.

Brenzone sul Garda ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Lage der Residence Rosemary ist durch die Nähe zum See, Lebensmittelmarkt, Restaurants, für Wanderungen usw. perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen nett. (Valerio und sein Sohn) Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück gebucht, also können wir das nicht beurteilen. Gerne werden wir auch wieder, einen hoffentlich so schönen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass der Urlaub so schnell vorbei war.
