Cold water in faucets was hot. I told management, they had someone come up, and he did nothing and said it was ok, because EVENTUALLY the water got cold ( after about 2 minutes). So I would be brushing my teeth with hot water. Same with the shower and it would take forever until you can get cold water so the shower was scolding until you waited quite a while.
When I checked out, I told him about it again and said that that is unacceptable Other than this they would’ve had a perfect score for this hotel

The rooms are great. Super spacious and the beds are 5 stars. Breakfast was great, next level. The hotel is very nice, right next to the shopping center. The staff was great. We were very very happy there. I can not recall the name of the front desk and the bell boy but they were super friendly
The lobby doesn't have any place to sit down and wait. We needed some place to rest and there is no place to sit down and wait for the rest of the party to come down or whatever you are waiting for.

Old feeling. Should renovate. The carpets were all broken up. The elevator looks old.
