Lovely hotel with friendly, professional staff. Most speak some English, certainly enough to get the job done. Room was spacious, very clean, and bed was really comfortable. Large picture window with amazing view of the Andes. Large walk in shower, ironing board, mini bar fridge, kettle and coffee maker provided in room as well as an extensive buffet breakfast on the lobby level. Nice location across the street from a large shopping mall and the Sky Constanera. Free underground parking included for hotel guests. The area felt very safe. This hotel was recommended by a friend and we would definitely stay here again.

No early check in available. We came directly from the airport so arrived about 8:00 am after an all night flight and no check in available until after 3 pm. Guess we should have also booked the night before. The staff were very accommodating though. They stored our bags for the day and there is a nice seating area, lounge, and shaded terrace off the lobby to sit and have a drink. Also allowed us use of the rooftop indoor pool and gym.

Everything was fine. Room with two big beds. They encourage you to do something for environment you can choose to not have your room cleaned every day. I appreciated it very much

Breakfast was great.. Staff were lovely.

Room looked tired and needs maintenance . Hand soap dispenser broken. Coffee machine had an exposed cable. Cups and saucers had hair and dust probably from air con fan , but still these was dirty.
