Safe location. Clean, modern. Mall next door was good
Ubers aren’t allowed to stop in the hotel pick up zone which is weird and caused disruption every time you wanted to uber somewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Santiago Cenco Costanera. The location was absolutely perfect, especially with the convenience of having a shopping mall right there. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and a highlight for us was the fantastic hotel bar that offered an amazing view. Highly recommend!
If I had to be a bit fussy, the gym is very basic with the heaviest weights capping out at 20kg. It certainly didn't affect our stay—most people aren't looking to train hard on holiday anyway!—but it's something to note for active travelers.

Breakfast was excellent
The running water was brownish both from the sink and shower, it caused me skin and eye irritation.
