Great hotel! Exceeded my expectations and I loved the little add-ons. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food in the restaurant was great, including breakfast!

I think it is a great value-for-money accommodation, in a great location in Santiago (near malls, shops, coffee shops and restaurants)! The rooms are comfortable, clean and reliable.
I had to work during my stay and the internet in the room wasn't great specially for meetings
