Was really impressed and satisfied with this hotel. My first time and when I return to Santiago I will be back again. Everyone at this hotel is extremely friendly and always smiling. Rooms are very modern, up to date and clean with fabulous Mountain View’s. The restaurant downstairs is excellent ! Are there 3 times during my 4 day stay and every dish was phenomenal. If you’re visiting Santiago , def give this hotel a try.

The staff is helpful and friendly - I have two reservations and the front desk staff is able to keep me in the same room for my stay. The breakfast has a good selection of delicious food with cook to order omelets/ eggs. The room is clean and functional, most important of all, very quiet throughout of the day.

What an amazing hotel!! The staff and facilities are just outstanding! We ate at both restaurants and both were excellent and well priced (and I normally avoid hotel restaurants to get out and experience a more local, low key cuisine). It is out of the way from the city center, so if most of your activities are there I’d stay closer as this was a 10-15min taxi ride. However, for us we had full day tours 2 out of the 3 days we were there so this location worked for us. Very high-end boutique feel, but didn’t break out wallet. And the breakfast was the perfect start to our mornings. If my itinerary fit, I’d stay here again without hesitation!!
