Great place to stay near Geneva

Very spacious and lovely comfy bedding, free parking on site. Sofa bed opens to two full size single beds, children very pleased they didn't have to share one "double" sofa bed

Kitchen and bath tap a bit wobbly. Microwave grill on kitchen shelving looked a bit unstable.

ATTENTION - Bedbugs We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting our family and even though it is basic we were always satisfied because it was very functional and the prices are fair.

This time when we arrived in our room, due to the current situation in France, we checked the mattresses and were very unsatisfied when we found bedbugs. We went to the reception to report the situation and took them to the room. In order not to take the bedbugs home, we decided not to stay over night. As we had paid in advance, they told us to reach out to booking to be refunded. When we claimed back the money, booking informed us that the hotel doesn’t refund the money. When we reached out to them we only received a very unreasonable response declining everything that happened. I never experienced such a terrible service before.

The apartment floor was clean and the kitchen appliances were functional but quite old. The bathroom was the worse from all: there were mold spots and small spiders and bugs there. The bed sheets were slightly with mold near the foot area. During the stay there weren’t any kind of cleaning service. The bed lines were not even made. The bed was not that comfortable and the pillows were actually like small cushions. Since I was not staying the day in the apartment I did not try to change to another apartment, which I regret. The room needs definitely sanitation/renovation.

Firstly the staff were all friendly and helpful. The apt was very spacious, clean, and though dated, comfortable. The centre was a couple of minutes easy walk and due to the crystal clear waters rushing through the town, we learnt about the hydroelectric history of this village. Supermarkets and eateries nearby in walking distance.

We had a sunny balcony with furniture - but had to wipe it over twice before we could use it - so clean inside that it was a bit disappointing outside ! The pillows were rather large …….. a problem for small necks.

Location was good, walking distance from Divonne centre. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly, working to make sure we had everything we needed.

The building was old and tired, the rooms are functional but sparse. There was a distinct smell of drains in the room which was not particularly pleasant.

1) Its located in a remote town 2) Wireless connectivity didn’t work for us for all the nights and the 4G/5G reception is also very poor 3) Property is quite old and isn’t maintained top notch to be called an hotel apartment 4) Cleaning is done every 4 nights and express cleaning after 2nd night wasn’t done for us 5) Sofa bed is weird, please ask if you are 4 adults in advance for the configuration of the sofa bed 6) no instructions whatsoever for making guests comfortable with the apartment amenities as well as the surrounding area details 7) Kitchen is functional but very small. electric kettle and microwave and a coffee maker are provided 8) Heating in the hall for sofa -bed guests is not adequate

The pluses out-weight the minuses, overall the stay was a positive experience.

The hotel location is very close to the center, parking is convenient, studio room was as indicated on photos, with upgraded furniture, with recent fresh paint lift.

The canalization smell in the bathroom is hardly bearable and had to be addressed by management, as this is also an incubation for in-room mosquitos (stay at the end of November...). The bathroom had been repainted over the tile, but the paint had chipped off. The kitchen corner also is outdated.

Beautiful area and spacious studio

It was easy to check in at night thanks to the helpful staff instructions. The studio is spacious and the bed is quite comfortable. The surrounding area is very beautiful!

A great value just right over the Swiss border

A very nice, inexpensive apartment/hotel. A great choice for those who want to be close to Geneva and Switzerland but don't want to pay the rates there. Certainly not luxury lodgings but an excellent value and very nice accommodations. Plus a balcony!

If you are planning a long term trip it may be a little cramped for a family. It is an apartment but not huge.

we managed to sleep in the room w enough space. leaves a lot to be desired.

just enough room for people

too cramped. the shower was on the other side while the cabin door in the tub was quite needlessly on the other. the bathroom got inevitably wet. the room below had people who literally smoked like chimneys all day long and the smoke came into our room through the only window in the suite. caused allergic reactions to my wife and children who do not like second hand cigarette smoke stinking up our entire apartment.
